Sky Bet customer wins £52,000 from £10 football accumulator

A Sky Bet customer won £52,000 from a £10 Saturday 10-fold, picking 10 sides to score two goals or more in their respective games.

The audacious wager involved teams in the lower echelons of the football pyramid, with Barrow backed to find two goals in their home clash with relegation-threatened Aldershot in the National League.

Crawley Town, Maidstone United and Hartlepool were also backed to score two or more, while the other teams in the 10-fold were Chesterfield, Bradford, Rochdale, Colchester, Cheltenham and Blackpool.

However, the Sky Bet punter was made to sweat for his mega payout, as he needed a 96th minute Taylor Moore own goal to give Blackpool their second goal in a 2-2 draw at home against Southend United.
