With the final game of the Premier League season over and done with, fans are already thinking about 2018/19.

The likes of Huddersfield, West Ham and Brighton have all booked their place in next term's top flight in recent weeks, while Southampton secured safety after a revival under Mark Hughes.

Each team will already be planning their summer activity, from management changes to transfer activities to make sure they are ready for 2018/19.

Pep Guardiola's record-breaking Manchester City will be hoping to retain the Premier League title, with Sky Bet pricing them at 4/6 to do so, while the likes of Liverpool, Man United, Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal will be hoping to mount a challenge.
