The Sporting Life team dissect their Group Bet for this coming weekend

Check out each of the individual selections from the Sporting Life team as they get their Group Bets, new way to bet on football at Sky Bet, off and running.

Our football team have set up their own group, after Sky Bet launched their new initiative of Group Bets. All you have to do is set up a group and invite your friends to get yourself prepared, before building an accumulator together with this brand new way to bet.

Once all group players have chipped in with their selection, you can choose whether you want to back it as an accumulator or take out a leg of the bet, in case you think one of your mates has thrown in a dodgy choice.

You can track the action as the play is unfolding and monitor individual performance for your group over a period of time to find out who knows their stuff out of your friends, and who cannot buy a win.

Check out Sporting Life's Group Bet for this Saturday, which is made up of four varying selections...

  • Paul Higham: Brighton (to beat Leicester) - 2/1

Brighton at 2/1 is too much of an opportunity to pass up on. We have a side here who have beaten Wolves, West Ham and Manchester United at home this season, with their form at the AMEX playing a big part in them staying in the top-flight last campaign. Harry Maguire should be absent for the Foxes, which is potentially a massive factor in the outcome of this match.

  • Tom Carnduff: Charlton (to beat Bristol Rovers) - 5/6

The Addicks have the third best home record in Sky Bet League One and have also won their last two games. That has seen them move up to sixth in the standings and they take on a Bristol Rovers side who have managed just two wins on the road this season.

  • George Pitts: Fulham (to beat Southampton) - 6/4

When Claudio Ranieri took his first Fulham training session over the international break he will have been under no illusions on where to start and I think it will pay dividends with a win here. The Londoners spent heavily in the summer and they undoubtedly have the talent going forward, so the Premier League-winning manager's first remit will be to tighten up at the back. To face a Southampton side short in front of goal, it points towards a home victory with few goals. Banker of the weekend.

  • Billy Lumsden: Wigan (to beat Reading) – 5/6

Despite losing to Leeds in their last Sky Bet Championship match at the DW stadium, the Latics did not taste defeat in 14 league matches, winning nine and drawing five of their previous 14 before that. This leads me to think that the odds are very generous in the favour of the home side, especially considering Reading’s poor away form this year, losing their last three and registering a solitary win in eight on the road during 2018/19. No way will this be letting the side down this weekend.

FOUR-FOLD ODDS: 23.59/1 with Sky Bet

Odds correct at 1500 GMT on 22/11/18
