Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson says team spirit and a strong mentality have been the keys behind them dominating the Premier League.
Jurgen Klopp's side dominated the Premier League like never before this season, opening up a record 25-point gap at the top of the table when fixtures were suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic - with Liverpool remarkable just two wins from sealing the title.
The Reds played their part in an epic title race last season, earning a record points tally for a Premier League runner-up and finishing just a point behind Man City in the final table.
After winning the Champions League, Liverpool have gone from strength to strength and have been all-powerful this season, dropping just four points and powering away towards a first title in 30 years.
They may or may not complete that success, but there's no doubting they've produced one of the best seasons in history - and Henderson has lifted the lid on the secret of their success, saying it is all down to mentality.
"I feel as though that's something the manager started to instil in the squad when he first came, right from the beginning," Henderson told Jamie Carragher in a Sky Sports video chat.
"I can remember him talking about never stopping and changing our mentality in a game. Always keep going, no matter what the score, right to the very end."
Liverpool have shown over the last few years that they are never beaten, regularly coming from behind and scoring late winners during the last couple of seasons.
Although they've done it plenty of times in the Premier League, European comebacks have been huge in Liverpool's development. Barcelona last season is a prime example but Henderson highlighted an earlier Europa League victory over Borussia Dortmund.
The Reds used the power of Anfield on a European night to come back from 3-1 down to beat Klopp's former side 4-3 to go through.
"Look at games like Dortmund, coming back like we did, and little games in the Premier League that people might not have picked up on," Henderson added.

"I think it's a progression over a few years. This season has been massive, the consistency of it, it's part of our identity that no matter what happens in a game we never stop and change our mentality until the game's finished.
"I think it has been a progression over the last few years, not just this year, but this year has been massive in terms of the consistency and putting all that together.
"Now that's just part of our identity and we just never stop and keep going no matter what's happening in games."
Henderson added that players are training and in touch with each other during the current coronavirus pandemic.
He explained: "We've been given our own programme to do, to keep things ticking over. And we're staying in contact."
