A GOOD DAY we say
Lets take a look at the table movers and shakers for each league
Burnley have moved to 30 points, six above the relegation zone after their win over Spurs.
Newcastle now have 28 points in 14th place. Bournemouth are 10th on 34 and Wolves eight on 40 points after their draw.
Norwich remain top on 66 points after their comeback won over Bristol City, who themselves remain sixth, two points head of Derby.
Leeds are back into the automatic promotion places after their victory on 64 points. However if Sheffield United win at WBA they will go back to second.
Middlesbrough are seven off the top two after their win.
No chance at the bottom as Ipswich and Wigan and Reading and Rotherham both drew. As it stands Bolton need five points to get out of the drop zone, as their GD is so, so bad.
Barnsley's point closes the gap on the leaders Luton to four points, but Luton have a game in hand. Sunderland move to within two points of Barnsley.
AFC Wimbledon and Bradford remain rooted to the bottom of the table after their respective losses.
The top two, Lincoln and Bury both won, so sit on 65 and 63 points respectively. MK Dons are fourth on 59.
A familiar sight at the bottom, with Notts County and Macclesfield still there. Port Vale are three above the bottom two
We are going for Draw no bet - Crystal Palace at 8/5 in this one
The Foxes may have had a tough run of fixtures of late and did perform well at Tottenham, but there appears to be some nervousness playing in front of their own fans at the King Power, with defeats in their last three - Man United (forgivable given their run), Southampton and Cardiff.

How did your Super 6 predictions work out?
Sadly the ACCA fell one result short today - don't you just hate that! Oxford are the side we dislike this week.
Wigan 1-1 Ipswich
Ipswich have held out for so long against the 10 men of Wigan, but they've cracked late on as Garner scores. A week ago they scored in injury time to get a point, this week they are letting one int late on.
Whats that about swings and roundabouts?
We tipped Brentford to score a fifth at 10/11 - yippee!
Brentford 5-1 Hull
Benrahma completes his hat trick
Birmingham 2-2 Blackburn
Graham puts Rovers 2-1 ahead on 83, but Adams scores his second on 85 to make it 2-2
Oh dear me. Bournemouth get another penalty immediately, but Josh King hits the post with it and it goes wide.
Justice done, as the foul, if there was one, was outside the box
Bournemouth 1-1 Wolves
Story of penalties here, as Jimenez slots home from the spot to equalise late on
Reading 1-1 Rotherham
Ajayi levels for the visitors and makes the hosts pay, who have been sitting far too deep in the second period - not sure a draw helps either side here
Not a player this time, but Bolton boss Phil Parkinson is sent to the stands at Elland Road, with his team 2-1 down.
There is 15 minutes plus injury time at St James Park can Newcastle get a third? They really should after 11 shots on target. Some great saves and the woodwork (hit four times) have kept the score down.
Norwich 3-2 Bristol City
The comeback kings are at it again, from 2-1 down to 3-2 up as McLean gets his second of the contest
Leeds 2-1 Bolton
Huge mistake by the keeper gifts Alioski the goal and Leeds the lead. The shot looked high and tame and same how the Matthews has dropped it under his post. A real shame, as he's had a good game
Walsall 3-2 Bradford
The 10 men take the lead again in the Sky Bet Championship
Millwall 1-3 Preston
The home side pull one back here through Thompson on 67 minutes.
Maybe a left field one here...
Shrewsbury lead 2-1 at Peterborough, taking advantage of the hosts going down to 10 men.
But now Norburn has been sent off for Shrewsbury, so it is 10-10.
It is an even game with Peterborough having 3 shots on target; Shrewsbury 2.
Peterborough to get the next goal at 6/4 looks interesting to us
We went for Norwich to score next at 4/5. Did you take it?
Norwich 2-2 Bristol City
Godfrey gets the home side back in this one
Morecambe 0-2 Lincoln
Andrade has his second of the game. Lincoln threw away a 2-0 lead late on last week, surely they are not going to do it again??!
Walsall 2-2 Bradford
This is an interesting one. Walsall down to 10 men early on, went 1-0 down to 2-1 up. Now City have levelled
Will Brentford get a fifth? They've had seven shots in total and they are 10/11 to score the next goal
Brentford 4-1 Hull
Maupey - it wouldn't be a Brentford game without Maupey getting a goal. That's 22 for him now!
Take a look at Sky Bet’s new Group Bet’s feature, where you and your mates can form a group and each put your normal bets on. Then you can chose if you also take on your mates’ bets too, or just stick with your own.
Newcastle 2-0 Huddersfield
Perez makes it 2-0, are the floodgates opening here?
Birmingham 1-1 Blackburn
Mulgrew gets the equaliser
We advised Newcastle to score first at 2/7 and Rondon to score first at 7/2
It was all Leeds in that first half, especially once Bolton levelled.
The home side to score next is 4/9; to win is 1/2. We would certainly go for these two, and probably this one too..
Bamford to score a brace is 3/1 with Sky Bet. He's already got one and has had five shots in total, three on target.
Newcastle 1-0 Huddersfield
Taken just one minute of the second half for Rondon to finally put Newcastle ahead against the 10 men of Town.
A really open game this and there feels like there are more goals in it.
Norwich are the second best team in the league at gaining points from losing positions. They've earned 18 points from 16 deficits this campaign .
For them to win is now 7/2. For them to score next is 4/5 and is the safer bet here.
What a crazy half of football we've just had, especially in the second tier. We had 21 goals in the Sky Bet Championship alone
In this one Sky Bet have Price Boosted:
In Bournemouth v Wolves Sky Bet have Price Boosted:
So the ACCA is looking like this at the break, three results going our way, but one losing
How are your Super 6 scores looking now?
Premier League
Bournemouth 1-0 Wolves
Newcastle 0-0 Huddersfield
Sky Bet Championship
Birmingham 1-0 Blackburn
Brentford 3-1 Hull
Leeds 1-1 Bolton
Middlesbrough 2-0 QPR
Millwall 0-3 Preston
Norwich 1-2 Bristol City
Reading 1-0 Rotherham
Sheffield Wednesday 3-0 Swansea
Stoke 1-0 Aston Villa
Wigan 0-1 Ipswich
Sheffield Wednesday 3-0 Swansea
Fletcher gets the latest here
Brentford 3-1 Hull
Benrahma gets his second here as Brentford stun Hull, the Bees have been excellent in this half
Norwich 1-2 Bristol City
But wait, O'Dowda scores 1 minute later to give the visitors the lead again. What a game, what a half of football in the whole league!
Norwich 1-1 Bristol City
Was just going to advice Norwich to second next, as they are the come back kings. But they've beaten me to it to level, as McLean scores
What are they on in the Sky Bet Championship today? My hands are going to fall off soon typing up all these goals
Reading 1-0 Rotherham
Ejaria gives advantage to the Royals in this basement battle
Brentford 2-1 Hull
From 1-0 down to 2-1 up as Benrahma gets in on the act
Millwall 0-3 Preston
What a first half for Preston here.
Brentford 1-1 Hull
Mokotjo levels for the home side
Middlesbrough 2-0 QPR
Not often Boro score twice in a game, let alone a half, so a great day so far for them
Wigan 0-1 Ipswich
10 men, but now leading. They'd been the better side before the sending off and now lead through a penalty.
Sheffield Wednesday 2-0 Swansea
Reach has his second
... so far. Miguel Almiron is really wowing for Newcastle. He's already hit the post. Now he's put the ball through the keepers legs, only to see the ball cleared off the line to deny him and Newcastle the opening goal of the game against 10 man Huddersfield.
Wigan 0-0 Ipswich - Kundsen is sent off for Ipswich.
Peterborough 1-1 Shrewsbury - Toney is off for Peterborough
Leeds 1-1 Bolton
Would you believe it, Bolton have levelled a Elland Road thanks to Beevers. We went for Leeds to win and BTTS, so we are happy with this.
Brentford 0-1 Hull
Campbell bangs this one in
Millwall 0-2 Preston
Clarke adds to Hughes early goal
Bristol Rovers 0-1 Sunderland
That is now 41 games in a row Sunderland have scored.
Newcastle had already hit the post twice before the sending off of Huddersfield's Smith and now they are really turning the screw.
Newcastle to score the first goal is now 2/7
Rondon has hit the post and has three shots in total. so to score anytime is 6/4; or if you are brave then 11/4 to score next. Almiron has also hit the post is 3/1 any time and 6/1 next
Tommy Smith for Huddersfield Town is sent off.
Birmingham 1-0 Blackburn
Rovers haven't won since they won both January's Sky Bet Championship Player and Manager of the Month and the curse is continuing here. Adams scores again for the home side, surely he will be in the Premier League next season?!
Two big goals in the Sky Bet Championship
Norwich 0-1 Bristol City
The visitors have dominated early and been rewarded. Paterson scores this
Leeds 1-0 Bolton
Roberts is fouled to win a penalty. He and Bamford have a pulling match with the ball, as they fight who should take the penalty. Bamford takes it and scores
Our first of the afternoon, as we suggested Josh King to score first at 9/2
Bournemouth 1-0 Wolves
Bournemouth striker Josh King has scored in his last two Premier League home games, and now he's made it three in a row to become just the second Bournemouth player to score in three top-flight home games in a row, after Junior Stanislas in October 2018.
Sheffield Wednesday 1-0 Swansea
Adam Reach yet again for the home side, as Steve Bruce continues to inspire the Owls since taking charge at the start of the month
In Sky Bet League Two
Morecambe 0-1 Lincoln
Bury 0-1 Oldham
Stoke 1- Aston Villa
And the goals continue in the second tier, as now troubled Stoke score against a side that just cannot keep clean sheets, Sam Vokes the scorer here
Millwall 0-1 Preston
Goals flying in early in the Sky Bet Championship, as Hughes scores for the visitors
Middlesbrough 1-1 QPR
Howson gives Boro the lead after 2 minutes, as the first goal of the 3pm kick offs goes in
So here we go again - two Premier League games and a host of big EFL matches to keep you up to speed with today. Best of luck to you, your team and your bets
Final piece of pre-match advice from the Sky Bet Championship.
Rotherham have not kept a clean sheet in over 10 league games, while they’ve scored in five of their last six games.
Reading have failed to score in three of their last four games, but have recorded two 0-0’s in that time.
Ipswich have lost their last seven away league games, their worst losing run since losing 10 in a row between January and August 1995 and that is why Wigan are 7/10 to win.
Wigan have failed to score in 14 Championship games this season with only Ipswich on 15 and Bolton with 17 failing to score in more.
Despite Bolton winning their last away game, they were hammered by Norwich 4-0 last time out and Leeds should win this one and win it well. However one of United’s rare problems this season has been defending set pieces, something Bolton are dangerous at.
So backing Leeds to win and BTTS with Sky Bet Price Boosting to 11/4 looks a really good price.
Over 3.5 goals at 7/4 is also worth a sniff
Still time to back our ACCA, if you fancy our picks.
We are backing Lincoln, Blackpool, Preston and Cheltenham all to win enhanced to 33/1 this week.
We are getting not just into the business end of the season but also the cliché time of the season and this is a a classic relegation six pointer. Rotherham wre third bottom, only in the relegation zone on goal difference from Reading. This is a huge game in determining who goes down.
Into the Sky Bet Championship we head for our in play pre match tips....
Teemu Pukki is looking to become the first Championship player to score in seven consecutive appearances since Jordan Rhodes in February 2013, who did so for Blackburn. Rhodes is of course now a team-mate of Pukki and set up one of his goals on this current run.
Pukki to score first is 10/3 and anytime 11/10
For Bristol City, all but one of their 10 league goals during 2019 have been scored in the second half - their last nine have all come during the second half.
The second half to have more goals at 1/1 to looks here. Both to score and no draw is 11/8
The final EFL Preview tip from Tom Carnduff
Jack Harrison to score anytime in Leeds v Bolton at 16/5
The winger seems to link up well down the left-side with Gjanni Alioski and has put in some solid performances since becoming a regular starter.
Harrison also grabbed the second goal in Leeds' 2-1 victory over Swansea last time out. He connected with Alioski's cross to head the ball into the bottom corner. Against a weak Bolton defence, Harrison's pace will cause them all sorts of problems.
Mauricio Pochettino - an angry man!
😡 Wow! 😡
— Sky Sports Premier League (@SkySportsPL) February 23, 2019
Fair to say Mauricio Pochettino is not happy with referee Mike Dean after his side’s loss at Turf Moor! 😱
Reaction in our live blog: https://t.co/8ntnbWB8dh pic.twitter.com/boXTN2od8f
Wolves have scored 74% of their Premier League goals in the second half of games this season (25/34), a league-high ratio. Only Cardiff (7) have scored fewer goals in the opening 45 minutes than Wolves (9).
This means the second half to have the most goals is 11/10 with Sky Bet; both teams to score in the second half is 5/2 and we are going to go for the latter here.
Bournemouth striker Josh King has scored in his last two Premier League home games, netting three goals in total. He could become just the second Bournemouth player to score in three top-flight home games in a row, after Junior Stanislas in October 2018.
If you are confident he can do that, and we are, then he is 9/2 to score first and 6/5 anytime
Leeds United didn’t play last weekend and it saw them be pushed from first to third, but with a game in hand on their rivals.
With Norwich and Sheffield United both facing promotion rivals, this appears a good day for Leeds to return to the top and take a big step towards automatic promotion.
Scunthorpe 1-1 Doncaster
Wootton equalises for the home side after sustained pressure
This could be a game that has a defining say on who goes up automatically and who makes the play-offs. Norwich are top but know with Leeds playing Bolton, they will need something from this one to stay there.
In form Bristol City are sixth, three two points in the play offs and eight off the top two.
This afternoon Tom Carnduff is also going for:
Luke Garbutt to score anytime in Blackpool v Oxford at 14/1
The on-loan Everton man has struggled slightly in his temporary spell at the club and has been limited to just 15 league appearances, with recent games coming from the bench.
However, the Oxford manager announced recently that he wanted to play Garbutt in a winger role - as opposed to his natural left-back position.
Garbutt was given a chance in his new role in the defeat to Accrington, where he scored having come on around the hour mark.
Huddersfield are without a goal in their last six hours and two minutes of football away from home in all competitions and they’ve have scored the fewest goals (14) and lost the most league games (19) among all 98 clubs in the top five European leagues this season.
To add to this the Terriers have played more Saturday 3pm games than any other Premier League side this season (17), but they’re yet to win in that time slot.
Salomon Rondon has been directly involved in 41% of Newcastle’s 22 Premier League goals this season (6 goals, 3 assists) and netted the Magpies’ winner in the reverse fixture against Huddersfield. He is 9/2 to score first and 5/4 anytime
Ahead of a big afternoon, Sky Bet have Price Boosted the following:
Burnley 1-1 Tottenham
As I said earlier, this is so typical of Spurs. As soon as people say "we must respect Tottenham as real title contenders" they blow it. Remember at Christmas the same happened once Spurs won four in a row, only to lose to Wolves at home. It is the same again now.
But take nothing away from Burnley here, they were excellent. They defended brilliantly and allowed Spurs very little. When they did get through Heaton was on top form again. At the other end they broke equally and took their chances when they came.
Pochettino has a big go at the ref at the end of the game, as the corner Burnley scored their opener from should have been a goal kick, but he should only be mad at himself here. Spurs weren't good enough.
Talking of the EFL, do take a listen to our fortnightly Sky Bet Championship Podcast, as myself, Tom and Dom from the Sporting Life team are joined by former Leeds, Middlesbrough, Derby, Millwall and Coventry striker Noel Whelan.
Our latest episode will be out on Monday afternoon and it is FREE to listen to on iTunes, Spotify and Soundcloud
Tom Carnduff is our EFL expert and this is the first of his tips this afternoon:
Over 11.5 corners in Portsmouth v Barnsley at 2/1
The meeting at Oakwell earlier in the season had a tally of eleven and this game should bring a count around that mark. The fact that Portsmouth's recent league encounters have brought goals should mean we see plenty of attacks.
The same can be said for Barnsley, seven of their last eight have seen over 2.5 goals. Three or more goals can also be backed at even money in most places which may also be worth considering.
Take a look at Sky Bet’s new Group Bet’s feature, where you and your mates can form a group and each put your normal bets on. Then you can chose if you also take on your mates’ bets too, or just stick with your own.

Our Premier League man George Pitts has also selected in his preview this tip:
1pt Miguel Almiron to score anytime for Newcastle v Huddersfield at 3/1
Almiron could make his first start here, in a supporting role to Salomon Rondon and, going on his lively cameo against Wolves, he could cause all sorts of trouble against a leaky Huddersfield defence. At 3/1 to get on the score sheet anytime, it is worth a small play - but this may be one to hold until the team sheets are released.

Burnley 1-1 Tottenham
Guess who, Harry Kane on his return from a six week injury absence.
A lesson for all kids here - you cannot be offside from a thrown in!! Rose' quick thinking sees him take a throw in quickly to Kane down the left wing, the England ran races in on goal and despite being under pressure and from a tight angle, we cleverly finishes with the outside of his boot to fool Heaton. It's a classy finish
This is a really intriguing battle as both aim to finish seventh and claim to the be “best of the rest”. However Bournemouth need to win this to have a chance of that, with Wolves currently eighth and six points ahead of their hosts today.
We are backing Lincoln, Blackpool, Preston and Cheltenham all to win enhanced to 33/1 this week.
This is our reasoning...
The Lions have won just six home games all season and come up against a tough Preston side who are unbeaten in their last seven in all competitions and looking to edge a play-off spot in the latter stage of the season.
Another team on a good run, the Tangerines need to keep up the pace to stay within a shout of the play-offs and Terry McPhillips' side have a great chance against a struggling Oxford, who have a couple of injuries to contend with.
Danny Cowley's Imps have drawn four league games in a row and, with Bury hot on their coat tails, they need to return to winning ways to keep their place at the top.
Michael Duff's Cheltenham have won three successive home games in Sky Bet League Two, while the Valiants are struggling and have lost five of their last six. They have a tough couple of games coming up.
Burnley 1-0 Tottenham - Wood
Well isn't that just typical. It has been all Tottenham, but Burnley get one break and earn a corner. Replays show the ball actually came off a Burnley player last, but they make the most of that bit of luck and Chris Wood scores his fourth goal in four games with a header from six yards out.
This game is starting to get going in the second half and it is all Tottenham.
Kane has just struck a fantastic shot from 25 years out, destined for the top corner until an equally superb save from Heaton
Burnley remain organised on the edge of their own box and have plenty of players behind the ball, making it very hard for Tottenham. However they cannot get hold of the ball and get out of their own half. It's one way traffic currently
I’d say this is a classic relegation six pointer, but it isn’t really with Huddersfield seemingly, and sadly, already doomed. So all the emphasis is on Newcastle to drive home the points to extend their current one point lead over the bottom three.
Scunthorpe 0-1 Doncaster Rovers
In Sky Bet League One, promotion chasing Rovers have taken the lead thanks to Wilks second half strike
Ahead of the team news coming in at 2pm, lets start looking at the tips from our Sporting Life football team from their preview articles. We will have Tom Carnduff's EFL tips shortly, but we begin with one from George Pitts for the top flight:
1pt Wolves to win and over 1.5 total goals at 12/5
Eddie Howe's Bournemouth come into the match on the back of successive defeats and they have only won two of their last nine in all competitions.
Consistency has been an issue for the Cherries and Wolves can extend their seven-game unbeaten run in all competitions. Nuno Espirito Santo's side look a classy outfit and real candidates to finish in the 'best of the rest' spot in seventh.
Backing them to win with over 1.5 total match goals at over 2/1 is an excellent price for a side with momentum and the feel good factor having reached the FA Cup quarter-finals.
To get your hands on another of Jeff Stelling’s £250,000 then you need to predicted the correct full-time score lines for this afternoon’s six selected games:
Bournemouth v Wolves
Newcastle v Huddersfield
Leeds United v Bolton
Millwall v Preston
Norwich City v Bristol City
Stoke City v Aston Villa
⌚️ Two hours to go until today's #Super6 games kickoff.

Cards might be a way to go in this game, as there has been 13 fouls in the first half.
Jack Cork, Dwight McNeil and Ashley Barnes have committed two each. Cork is 7/2 to be carded, while McNeil is 3/1 and we are tempted to go with these
At half time Sky Bet have Price Boosted:
Harry Kane is back after six weeks out and has the first shot of the day, going just wide. He's has two in total, one on and one off target
Early chance! Harry Kane looks in the mood but blasts just wide from the edge of the box.

Burnley 0-0 Tottenham
This game summed up by the lack of injury time added to the first half.
Burnley have been really good here, strong at the back and organised all over the park. They've just not allowed Spurs to get going and they actually looked the more threatening side in the closing stages.
I'll have a look at offers and the odds and see what we can find for the second half.
Just an early heads up that Match Companion will be running on Sunday this weekend too. We will be covering

Burnley 0-0 Tottenham
Not much to tell you about in this game after 30 minutes. In fact we've only seen one shot and that was off target from Spurs.
So the biggest bit of news so far in this one came before the game, as Harry Kane was selected to start after six weeks out injured. He wasn't expected to return to training until early March! Superman.
