1940: Serge Aurier has been granted a work permit ahead of a £23million move from Paris Saint-Germain to Tottenham, according to Sky sources.

1910: West Brom chairman John Williams has been talking to the club's official website about the loan signing of Grzegorz Krychowiak.

"This is a fantastic loan agreement for Albion and we are very pleased to have completed the transfer," said Williams.

"Grzegorz arrives with an impressive reputation that is well-earned and a CV in European football which clearly displays his qualities.

"We are delighted to welcome him and are confident he will make a significant contribution to the first-team group this season."

1905: One in and one out of the Premier League.

West Brom have confirmed the signing of Grzegorz Krychowiak from Paris Saint-Germain on a season-long loan deal.

Southampton midfielder Jordy Clasie has joined Club Brugge on loan until the end of the season.

1825: Big done deal in Serie A as Juventus have announce the signing of defender Benedikt Howedes from Schalke on a season-long loan with a view to a permanent deal.

1820: Virgil van Dijk is odds-on with Sky Bet to also complete a move to Liverpool and the Reds also head the odds with the online bookmaker to sign Monaco midfielder Thomas Lemar.

There is still plenty of speculation about Philippe Coutinho's Liverpool future.

He's 5/6 to stay at Anfield and 5/6 to join Barcelona.

1800: Both Press Association Sport and Sky sources are reporting that terms have been agreed for the transfer of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain from Arsenal to Liverpool.

Sky Bet have also suspended betting on that move.

1730: More from Press Association Sport as they also report that Swansea striker Fernando Llorente could move to Chelsea before tomorrow night's transfer deadline.

Tammy Abraham has already moved the other way to join the Swans on loan for this season.

Sky Bet makes it odds-on at 1/5 that Llorente completes a switch to Chelsea.

1725: Press Association Sport report that West Ham have no desire to sell Diafra Sakho amid reports the striker is trying to force a move back to France.

He's been linked with Rennes today but maybe that deal is some way off.

1720: You will also want to keep this story bookmarked tomorrow for the latest Sporting Life Transfer RequestABets to back with Sky Bet.

We've just selected Jota, Fernando Forestieri and Ross McCormack all to leave in the summer transfer window at 6/4 and more selections will follow first thing in the morning so stay tuned.

1700: Interesting from those Sky sources as they report that Bayern Munich midfielder Renato Sanches is very close to agreeing a loan move to Swansea.

That would be some effort from the Swans and he's 1/10 to make the switch with Sky Bet.

1655: Here's a helping hand for Deadline Day. Keep this story bookmarked - it contains all of this summer's completed transfers in the Premier League and the players still linked with a late switch.

1635: In the Sky Bet Championship, Harlee Dean has joined Birmingham City from Brentford, Middlesbrough have confirmed the signing of Ryan Shotton from Birmingham and Stuart Dallas has signed a new three-year contract at Leeds.

1625: A new signing for the Deadline Day Countdown chair. I'm Nick Hext and I'll take you through the rest of the evening with lots of fun (hopefully) along the way.

There's also a new signing at Tottenham as they sign defender Juan Foyth from Estudiantes.

1530: It's not just the big deals like Nahki Wells to Burnley that we're all over here. We've also got the latest on Liverpool and Barcelona trying to prise Thomas Lemar away from Monaco. Liverpool still odds-on, but Barca being well backed this afternoon and now 3/1.

1505: Burnley are set to sign Nahki Wells from Huddersfield.

1412: Thomas Lemar has been a man in demand this summer and Barcelona are the latest club to be linked. Liverpool remain odds-on favourites, but Barca are into 5/1 after a run of bets this afternoon. It's 13/8 that he stays at Monaco.

1410: Liverpool open talks with Arsenal over Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain and harden to 1/5 to get the deal done.

1345: Ivory Coast right-back Serge Aurier just 1/20 to sign for Spurs after being granted a work permit by the Home Office. Talk is this one could go through this afternoon. Spurs are getting a very good footballer, but a questionable human being.

1300: Swansea striker Fernando Llorente is 1/5 to join Chelsea in the next two days. It's 100/30 that he remains at Swansea.

1243: HUGE BREAKING NEWS. Get ready for this one, Man United fans. Jose Mourinho has been spotted using a phone. Literally the only possible conclusion to draw from this startling discovery is that Gareth Bale is about to sign for, say, £150m imvho.

1235: A lunchtime push for this look at which transfers will go through over the next two days. Although the odds are from this morning, and some of them have already been overtaken by events...

1220: Press Association Sport now in on the Danny Drinkwater transfer request story as the Leicester midfield looks to engineer a move to Chelsea. No surprise, I suppose, that he wants to be reunited with the player who made him look good. Drinkwater has been punted in to 1/7 to make the move to Stamford Bridge, as detailed in today's Popular Punts round-up. Also has news on another Leicester player, with Demarai Gray apparently on his way to London if the odds are to be believed. But whereabouts in London?

1155: The ARSENAL EXODUS has begun with the big one: Kieran Gibbs moving to West Brom.

1130: The ARSENAL EXODUS looks set to begin with the big one: Kieran Gibbs moving to West Brom. The Baggies, meanwhile, seem poised to be one of the busier sides over the next 36 hours.

1045: More on Dwight Gayle here.

1010: The Sky Sources have been beavering and whispering away as the deadline approaches. Already today they have come up with the following:

  • Raheem Sterling will not be going to Arsenal in any Alexis Sanchez deal.
  • Leicester and Crystal Palace are apparently weighing up a Demarai Gray-Andros Townsend swap deal. I can see why Palace are keen, but can't for the life of me see what Leicester get out of that deal, apart from the obvious (i.e. one of the most frustratingly useless footballers in the history of the Premier League).
  • Newcastle want £5m more than the £15m Fulham have waved in their direction for Dwight Gayle.
  • West Brom are set to sign Poland international Grzegorz Krychowiak. Now that would be a fantastic bit of business. Could do a job for pretty much any one of the top seven, although a less West Brom midfielder you'd struggle to find than the elegant and classy PSG string-puller.

Sterling is 1/7 to remain at Manchester City this week, but Gray's Leicester future does appear less, ahem, black and white; he's currently only evens to stay at the King Power beyond tomorrow evening. Dwight Gayle is odds on for Fulham.

0925: Angel Di Maria has reportedly asked PSG boss Unai Emery to let him leave the club to join Barcelona.

The former Manchester United and Real Madrid winger has been linked with a move to the Catalan giants after Barca sold Neymar to his current club.

PSG are believed to have already rejected two offers from Barcelona with Sky Bet making the Argentinian an 11/10 shot to make the switch to the Nou Camp.

0800: Early news coming out of Leicester City is that Danny Drinkwater has handed in a transfer request amid interest from Chelsea with Sky Bet making the midfielder a 1/4 shot to make the switch to Stamford Bridge.

Drinkwater is understood to want to move to Stamford Bridge but the West London club have failed to meet Leicester's valuation so far, with a fee of £25m having been discussed.

0750: There's plenty to enjoy in a bumper edition of Paper Talk.

Divock Origi to Newcastle is one of the interesting rumours and Diego Costa could end up at Las Palmas after starting the summer with Atletico Madrid his favourite destination.

It still doesn't make good reading for Frank de Boer.

0730: There is big news to report from late last night as Arsenal reportedly rejected an approach for Alexis Sanchez from Manchester City.

The Chile international is odds-on at 4/7 with Sky Bet to join City and a switch to Manchester United can be backed at 9/1.

Chelsea are on offer at 22/1 to keep Sanchez in London, and the forward is 6/4 to remain at the Emirates Stadium.

0715: Good morning and welcome to Deadline Day Eve!

The Deadline Day Countdown will bring you all the latest deals, rumours and market moves throughout the day.
