Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho meet on Saturday after differing campaigns in Manchester.
City boss Guardiola has already won the Carabao Cup and is highly likely to be a Premier League-winning manager come May - or by the end of play on Saturday.
Victory over their bitter rivals will confirm City as champions, ahead of their Champions League semi-final second leg with Liverpool on Tuesday.
United, meanwhile, could finish as runners-up, yet there will be some disappointment at Old Trafford after an up and down season.
They crashed out of the Champions League at the last 16 stage after a home defeat to Sevilla last month, missed out on the Carabao Cup and are in the last four of the FA Cup, but Mourinho's approach and style of play has been questioned by many fans and pundits.
What is unquestionable is both managers' ability over the years - collecting an incredible amount of silverware between them.
Guardiola has managed Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Manchester City, overseeing some fantastic sides since taking over at the Nou Camp a decade ago.
Mourinho has had a longer career, taking charge of the likes of Benfica, Porto, Chelsea, Inter Milan, Real Madrid and Man United since stepping up to the main role around 18 years ago after years of coaching.
Over the last couple of weeks at Sporting Life we have put together both managers' all-time XIs - and now we want to know whose is best in the ultimate head to head.
