Key races and best bets

KOPEK DES BORDES - 17:25 Punchestown

3
Kopek Des Bordesh51
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-12| J: Paul Townend| T: W P Mullins| OR:  161| D
4/11

KOPEK DES BORDES might have won the Arkle at Cheltenham on just his second start over fences had he jumped the last better and has an excellent chance of making amends. Irish Panther will be much more at home here having struggled against seasoned rivals in the Queen Mother Champion Chase at the Festival.

TEAHUPOO - 18:05 Punchestown

7
Teahupoob149
Age: 9|  Weight: 11-10| J: Jack Kennedy| T: G Elliott| OR:  163| BF| CD
5/4

There are plenty of reasons to believe that TEAHUPOO can bounce back from his Cheltenham blip, notably the addition of first-time blinkers, and he's taken to land this race for the third consecutive season. Bob Olinger looks as good as ever, despite his veteran status, and may prove the main danger. Honesty Policy has a bigger performance in him, though as at Cheltenham and Aintree, the pace set-up may not be favourable.
