No Nay Never colt who has made a fine start to his career, doing well under the circumstances to take his record to 3 wins from as many starts in 21-runner Coventry Stakes at Royal Ascot in June, racing in the seemingly disadvantaged far-side group for the first 4f. Smart prospect.
85,000 gns 2-y-o, Kodi Bear colt who showed plenty of ability in making a winning debut in 19-runner maiden over C&D earlier in the month, seeing things out well having taken a firm grip. Open to improvement and an interesting contender up in grade.
Maiden winner at Thirsk on debut and followed up in Sandown listed event. Possibly did too much too soon when mid-field in Norfolk Stakes at Royal Ascot and made a sound start for new yard (previously with Kevin Ryan) when 4¼ lengths fourth of 10 in Richmond Stakes at Goodwood. More needed, though.
Bated Breath filly who looked a smart prospect in following up her Fairyhouse maiden win in a very valuable contest at Naas (6f) 26 days ago, quickening clear impressively 2f out. Better to come and well worth her place at this higher level.
Sioux Nation filly who made it 2-2 in a 5f listed race here and got back on the up having started to look exposed when third of 8 to promising Sun Goddess in Group 1 Pheonix Stakes over C&D on most recent outing. Warrants respect back down in grade.

A good-looking renewal of this Group 3 based on Timeform pre-race ratings. Unbeaten No Nay Never Colt GREAT BARRIER REEF did well to land the Coventry Stakes at Royal Ascot and, while it’s a slight concern he’s not been seen since, he’s still taken to overcome a 5 lb penalty and provide Aidan O’Brien with a third successive win in the race. Livenka certainly impressed in landing the odds at Naas and is feared most.
