Notched a pair of 1m handicaps at Bath in the spring. Remained in good form since, only finding one with the benefit of the rail too good when runner-up over 1m here last time. Player but testing ground would be a slight question mark (has won on good to soft).

Dual winner who joined present yard for only 1,000 gns from Michael Dods last autumn. Didn't build on a creditable stable debut when beaten 5 lengths at Ffos Las last time, though he wasn't given a hard time once his chance had gone.
On a long losing run. Best recent effort when third at Ffos Las (1m, 40/1) on penultimate start. Partnered by an inexperienced rider when too free over a longer trip at Newbury (1¼m) since. Should at least be seen to better effect back down in trip here.
A 7-time course winner. Operating below her best in recent starts, beaten 7½ lengths where third over 6f here last time. Dropped 1 lb for that and does benefit from good-value claimer taking over.
Dual 1m all-weather winner over the winter. Running well whilst proving expensive to follow of late, beaten 1½ lengths behind Kaleidoscope Eyes in handicap (evens) at Ffos Las (7.5f) latest. Does reoppose that rival on more favourable terms here, though.
Won twice under contrasting conditions at Ffos Las (7.5f) for present yard (also finished third in slightly better company there last month). Travelled as though still in form when beaten 9 lengths over same C&D last time. Has to be high on the shortlist.
Cheekpieces added when back to form from out of the blue at Brighton earlier this month, only beaten by a 3-y-o improver. Wide trip offers some mitigation for subsequent effort on the all-weather (0-8). Remains on a much-reduced mark for return to turf, though stall 1 often isn't ideal here.
Sole success in 7f Kempton maiden last May. Finished ¾-length second in a higher grade at Ayr prior to disappointing on the all-weather last time. She seems versatile regarding ground and could be worth another chance off a slipping mark.

Forecasts
Emery Down (11/4), Rosemary's Rose (3/1), Dappled Light (7/2), Kaleidoscope Eyes (13/2), Connie's Rose (17/2), Mayberry Moon (11/1), Redredrobin (12/1), Port Louis (25/1)
EMERY DOWN is on a dangerous mark if bouncing back from a lesser effort on the all-weather last time. She's narrowly preferred to Rosemary's Rose and Kaleidoscope Eyes, who both arrive in good nick. Dappled Light is another to consider if lining up.
