Oasis Dream colt cost connections a hefty 350,000 guineas; placed on debut at The Curragh before finishing in the same position at Naas when unable to quicken from the front. This race is certainly within his grasp.
Dutch Art colt who was cheaply bought as a yearling; related to minor stakes winners on dirt in the US. Does not particularly appeal on his debut.
Cheaply bought Zebedee colt; first foal; related to middle distance winners in Germany; looks the type to do better with age.
Failed to figure in two 6f maidens so far most recently on good ground at Navan in July. Probably best watched at present.
Showed promise on debut at The Curragh in May before being unable to get competitive in much better races at Royal Ascot and Goodwood. Certainly capable of winning this and one of the leading contenders.
One of the better bred of the newcomers who cost 75,000 euros as a yearling; related to some speedy types including the Listed-placed Byzantium. Should be ready first time up and one to consider.
Another well-bred type who cost 180,000 euros as a yearling; related to the versatile Group winner Kool Kompany; holds every chance if ready to roar first time up: interesting.
Gelding by Requinto out of a Moss Vale mare. Dam placed 5f - 7f on the AW. Showed good early speed on his debut at Naas before weakening in the closing stages. Entitled to improve.
Not so fashionably bred and cost only 1,800 euros as a yearling; hard to get excited about and time to do better over a longer trip.
Colt by Gleneagles out of a Diktat mare. Half-brother to three winners including victor up to 7f Kasb and 7f winner Unex Annigoni. Yards newcomers often come on for debut run.
Cheap purchase as a yearly and rather stoutly bred; wozuld be a surprise if he is capable of winning this first time up.
Cost 100,000 euros as a yearlings and is related to many winners including Group 1 winner as a juvenile Dick Whittington; could be capable on debut and market worth a check.
£82,000 yearling by top two-year-old sire No Nay Never is a half-brother to some minor Italian winners. No impression on racecourse debut at Naas in July. Should be better here and market should provide clues.
Bargain basement filly bought for just 2,000 euros as a yearling; related to some winners but hard to make a case for on her debut against some better bred and more experienced rivals.
Another of the better bred types; cost 120,000 euros as a yearling and is related to plenty of winners; certainly has the pedigree to win this type of contest and market confidence would be a plus.
Starts off in headgear; not terribly bred and was purchased for 32,000 euros as a two-year-old; tough ask on debut.
Well-bred filly but has shown precious little on her two racecourse starts to suggest she is capable of winning this. Stable respected, however, so not a surprise to see her make the frame if the penny has finally dropped.
£80,000 yearling, her dam won over a mile in the USA and is a half-sister to the dam of Group 2 winner Dutch Connection. Fair effort on debut at Navan in July; should improve on that and entitled to run a fair race.
Bought for just 1,000 euros as a yearling; nothing in her pedigree (related to some winners in Greece) suggests she can get competitive.
Daughter of Dream Ahead who cost €10,000 as a yearling. Ran green on her debut at Tipperary this month and expected to improve. Market may provide the best guide to her chances.
Dream Ahead filly and a third foal; Fetched €3,200 as a foal and €5,000 as a yearling. Doesn't catch the eye on paper and others preferred on debut.

ARRANMORE holds a Group 1 entry later in the year and he certainly needs to be doing well in this type of contest to warrant taking part. He has run well without winning on both his starts and is obviously open to more improvement. King Of Athens was outclassed at Ascot and Goodwood having shown promise on his debut at the Curragh. He should improve stepping back in class and can give the selection most to do. Of the unraced contenders, Koolasice is nicely bred and connections will be expecting him to run a big race, while Graunuaile also has a good pedigree and market support for either would be interesting.
