Some of his best efforts have come here but the jury is still out in judging his best trip. Failed to stay this far on soft ground on penultimate start and connections will be hoping better ground may be the answer. Looks a risk at present.
Has dropped to an attractive mark and signalled a return to form when runner-up last time on ground softer than ideal. Has been found an excellent opportunity to go one better if the rain stays away.
The removal of headgear inspired a much better performance last time under today's young rider. He was rated 103 at one point in Ireland so could be dangerous if in the same frame of mind.
Finished just ahead of Diodorus at York in a race which suited the way she was ridden. Had been struggling since her Pontefract reappearance and there is a suspicion she wants soft ground. There is a chance of rain which will boost her prospects.
Has not won since his debut and his form this year remains in the doldrums. Has slipped to another career low and cheekpieces applied this time, but hard to be enthusiastic about his prospects.
Suited to a stiff right-handed track and has won here and at Beverley. Yet to win from a mark as high as this and any rain getting into the ground would be an issue.
