Wolves and Preston have both been fined by the Football Association for failing to control their players during their Championship clash at Molineux last month.
Referee Stephen Martin distributed eight yellow cards during the second half of Wolves' 3-2 victory, including two to North End midfielder Alan Browne.
Browne had to be recalled to the pitch so Martin could formally show him the red card because he had already trudged off while a brawl broke out that required the official's attention.
A tweet from the official spokesperson of the FA (@FAspokesperson) read: "Preston North End fined £10,000 and warned after failing to control their players against Wolverhampton Wanderers on 21/10/17.
"Wolverhampton Wanderers accept standard £5,000 fine after charge for failing to control their players against Preston North End on 21/10/17."
