Chelsea's Ike Ugbo has joined Sky Bet Championship club Barnsley on loan.
The 18-year-old was the Blues' top scorer in the development squad last campaign, with his 10 goals in the FA Youth Cup helping Chelsea secure the trophy for the fourth consecutive year.
In total, he scored 23 goals in 35 matches for Chelsea's U18 and U23 sides last season, with an overall tally of 60 goals in his last three campaigns.
An England youth international, Ugbo was part of the squad that retained the Toulon Tournament trophy this summer and Barnsley boss Paul Heckingbottom is delighted to have another attacking option at his disposal.
"We're really pleased at being able to bring one of the brightest young strikers out there to Oakwell and of course we must thank Chelsea for allowing us to do so," Heckingbottom told the club's official website.
"He fits into the mould of players that we're looking for; someone who wants to better themselves and further their career so we are more than happy that he has chosen to continue that development with us."
