Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola will only dip into the transfer market before the window shuts for a "special" talent.
Guardiola seems happy with his squad after 'just' signing Riyad Mahrez for a club-record £60million deal and PEC Zwolle's Philippe Sandler for much less.
"We will see," Guardiola said of City's transfer business. "If at the end we decide to bring another one, it is because he's a special player, can be a special player for the future, not to have one more player for the number.
"So, I'm so satisfied - all my period here, even the first year - with the squad we have. Now from Monday we'll be all together. We are going to start to think what we have do to this season maintain the level of last season."
On Joe Hart's future, the Spaniard added: "I admire his commitment, his professionalism in every single training (session). We try to help him understand what we want to do and that's all. We are going to see."
Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson has moved to rubbish speculation suggesting star man Wilfried Zaha wants out of Selhurst Park.
Friday's back pages suggest the Ivory Coast international 'is desperate' to move clubs and wants to move to Chelsea, but Hodgson insists it is not the case.
"I spoke to Wilf yesterday and he certainly gave me no indication it was true about wanting to quit the club," the Eagles boss (pictured, below) told talkSPORT.
"In fact, we were talking about how good the new signings were and how they would help us.
"The thing with Wilf is very simple. He's very much an integral part of our plans. He's very much an integral part of Crystal Palace Football Club.
"So, my hope and my plan absolutely is that he will stay. I'll let the speculation continue and I will continue happy to work with him."
Tottenham will consider any potential offers for Toby Alderweireld, Danny Rose and Mousa Dembele in this window, accorrding to Sky Sports.
Alderweireld and Dembele see their contracts expire next summer, though the former has a clause to extend it until 2020, which would also trigger a £25m release clause.
Belgium centre-back Alderweireld was of interest to Manchester United, according to Sky sources.
But United have focused their attention on Yerry Mina of Barcelona, and there have been no formal offers for Alderweireld at this stage.
Dembele is understood to have been keen on a move to China but their window has closed. He remains of interest to Italian clubs Inter and AC Milan.
Left-back Rose has faced an uncertain future since criticising the club's ambition and wage structure in 2017, for which he subsequently apologised.
Spurs are yet to make a signing this summer but are understood to be in the market for at least two new additions - one of them midfielder Jack Grealish, but Aston Villa boss Steve Bruce says they are 'nowhere near' the Sky Bet Championship club's valuation of the player (pictured, below).
The club are admirers of Bournemouth's Lewis Cook but he is not thought to be one of their main transfer targets.
In central midfield they also have interest in Salzburg's Amadou Haidara, Lyon's Tanguy Ndombele, Marseille's Morgan Sanson and Southampton's Mario Lemina.

Burnley have placed an improved bid for defender Ben Gibson - after Middlesbrough rejected their initial £12m offer, according to Sky Sports, and their second bid is for £13m.
Clarets boss Sean Dyche is still hoping to make progress in the transfer market but admits he has found it difficult to finalise deals this summer.
Sky Bet: Burnley 4/6 favourites to sign Ben Gibson, Everton 7/1 and Leicester 8/1
They are yet to make a first-team signing, but arrivals could be imminent, with the bid for Gibson and moves for Swansea midfielder Sam Clucas and old favourite Jay Rodriguez (West Brom) all understood to be in motion.
Dyche, though, cuts a frustrated figure when the subject comes up, saying: "We're in the market for lots of different people in different positions.
"Whatever you think of the market, it is very difficult. But we keep working diligently and working hard. Even when you put good money to people, everyone wants more, more, more."

The Daily Express reports Arsenal have an interest in Torino forward M'Baye Niang, who impressed for Senegal at this summer's World Cup and had a trial with the Gunners under former boss Arsene Wenger.
Niang also has Premier League experience after spending half a season on loan at Watford in 2016/17, before linking up with the Hornets' then-boss Walter Mazzarri again at Torino.
The Italian club's sporting director, Gianluca Petrachi, has said he cannot rule out the 23-year-old leaving Turin this summer, something the newspaper believes would see the Gunners at the front of the queue.

La Liga champions Barcelona are expected to announce the signing of Arturo Vidal from Bayern Munich for £27m.
The Chilean has been linked with a return to Serie A with Inter Milan in recent days but it looks like it will be the Catalan giants who win the race for his signature.
Top Tip.
