In Play
Premier League
Tottenham are up to second after ther 1-0 win over Newcastle at lunchtime. They are four off the leaders Liverpool. However both them and Manchester City still have to play this weekend.
Chelsea move three points ahead of Arsenal in fourth, but again the Gunners play tomorrow.
Wolves are up to seventh on 38 points - that is the most by a promoted team at this stage of a Premier League season since Birmingham City's tally of 37 in 2009-10. Also Wolves have now equalled their highest tally of 11 wins in a Premier League season, set in 2010-11.
At the bottom, Huddersfield remain doomed, 13 points from safety. Burnley's late point moves them five clear of the drop zone. Palace are on 26 points after their win, seven clear.
Sky Bet Championship
With the top two playing at 5.30 it has allowed Sheffield United into second and three points off top at this point, but something will chance there whatever happens at Elland Road.
Middlesbrough move to 50 points, joint with WBA after beat them today. Bristol City are into the play offs after another win and Derby drawing last night to Preston. Hull are 10th after beating Stoke, who are 15th.
Ipswich and Bolton lost again, while Reading picked up a point and are one after from Rotherham, who also got a point.
In the 5.30 Premier League kick off, Paul Higham is tipping Bournemouth to win & under 2.5 goals at 21/5
Remember - Sporting Life is the home of the EFL. So come back tomorrow to watch every goal from every game in Sky Bet Championship, League One and League Two.
We will pick out our games of the day and have full highlights of those; and pick out the best goals from the weekend from all three leagues and have them both on our website, twitter and facebook
At 5.30 the top two in the Sky Bet Championship go head to head as Leeds United host Norwich. We will have updates, and post match video interviews from both clubs on twitter @sportinlifeFC, so do follow us there.
This is how the Super 6 games finished today
Ahh, that's annoying. We called Lincoln to score a second and win, and they've just missed an injury time penalty to draw 1-1 at Notts County
Sadly we couldn't make it two weeks in a row for the ACCA, with just one of our four selections winning.
Full times starting to come in...
Premier League
Brighton 0-0 Watford
Burnley 1-1 Southampton
Chelsea 5-0 Huddersfield
Crystal Palace 2-0 Fulham
Everton 1-3 Wolves
Sky Bet Championship
Wigan 2-1 QPR
Birmingham 2-0 Forest
Brentford 5-2 Blackburn
Bristol City 2-0 Swansea
Hull 2-0 Stoke
Ipswich 0-1 Sheffield Wednesday
Millwall 0-0 Rotherham
Reading 0-0 Aston Villa
Sheffield United 2-0 Bolton
WBA 2-3 Middlesbrough
We called Burnley to score next at 5/2
Burnley 1-1 Southampton
Crouch on his debut wins a penalty for his new club and Barnes scores it. The goal was coming and deserved. It was Burnley's first penalty in 66 games!!
Sorry everyone, there goes the ACCA, as Sheffield Wednesday take a 1-0 lead at Ipswich. Steve Bruce heading for a win in his first game in charge.
However the winner has come from Luca Joao and we like him. He was lovely when we interviewed him as he was named Sky Bet Championship Goal of the Month winner for December.
Chelsea 5-0 Huddersfield
Luiz scored number 5, and if they weren't already, Town should now be planning to be back in the Sky Bet Championship
Palace 2-0 Fulham
Schulup wins this one for Palace.
Brentford 4-2 Blackburn
What a comeback from the hime side - from 2-0 down! Maupay again
WBA 2-3 Middlesbrough
Boro lead again as Assombalonga gets his second
The way this game has gone calling a 0-0 draw for Brighton v Watford looks sensible at 1/5.
However Brighton are price boosted to 15/2 to win 1-0 and they are the side pushing for a winner with four shots on target and 11 off. Six minutes left can they get something?
Good old Grimsby - now 3-0 up against Newport, and still the only one of our four ACCA teams to be winning
Bristol City 2-0 Swansea
WBA 2-2 Middlesbrough
Wigan 2-1 QPR
Brentford 3-2 Blackburn
As Burnley look for an equaliser Peter Crouch is on from the bench and his first touch is to head down a corner towards goal before it is cleared.
Crouch to score is 14/1 and Burnley to score next is 5/2 as they apply the pressure - four shots on target now and six in total
We tipped Luton to get a third at 7/4 and they've just done it - 3-0 up at Shrewsbury
Chelsea 4-0 Huddersfield
Higuain has his second of the game
Sheffield United 2-0 Bolton
The Blades score again and it is Billy Sharp - of course!
No I'm not talking about a goalkeeper, play is stopped at Goodison Park as a black cat enters the pitch. It takes a lot of stewards and about five minutes to remove the poor thing - bless it
Chelsea 3-0 Huddersfield
Hazard scores again. I tipped Chelsea to win to nil, and also looked at 3-0 scoreline - so let's hope it stays like this
Everton 1-3 Wolves
I wouldn't like to be Mr Silva at the moment, as Dendoncker makes it three.
Sunderland 1-0 Wimbledon
In Sky Bet League One, Sunderland score again - they always score!
WBA 2-1 Middlesbrough
Typical - I was just writing to tip WBA to score next, and Gayle's beaten me to it
Hull 2-0 Stoke
What a great season for Hull, and a terrible one for Stoke.
Just a quick break to remind you that it is Super Bowl 53 this Sunday. Our NFL man Paul Higham has been in America all week, so check out all his previews, video and tips on our NFL pages
Oh no, Rochdale lead again at Walsall 2-1. D'oh
Wigan 2-0 QPR
Leon Clarke marks his return to the club with a goal, having rejoined the club from Sheffield United this week.
Luton lead 2-0 at Shrewsbury, they've scored 4 and 3 in two of their last three matches and 60 goals in total in Sky Bet League One. Shrewsbury have let in 8 in their last three matches (including this current game). Luton to get a third is 7/4
Burnley 0-1 Southampton
Redmond gets his sixth goal of the season - are the Saints heading for a rare win at Turf Moor?
Sheffield United 1-0 Bolton
The Blades finally have the opener against struggling Bolton, thanks to McGoldrick. That's after Bolton had just missed a great chance themselves.
Grimsby are doing us proud today, as they go 2-0 against Newport. Now we need the other three to get winners. Come on boys - pull your socks up
Sky Bet League Two leaders Lincoln equalised right on half time at Notts County. They are now 6/5 to go on and beat the league's bottom club and 1/1 to get the next goal. I'm going for this.
Bristol City 1-0 Swansea
City are in great form and pushing for the play offs, and now Weimann has them ahead in this one
Watford created the better chances in the first half, dominating with 5 shots in total
If that it carries on in the second half they must find a way through and they are 15/8 currently to get the opening goal
Our Premier League expert called Wolves to score 2+ goals v Everton at 2/1 and that's already in at half time
So, how are your Super 6 predictions looking and how close are you to winning £250,000?
So work to do on the ACCA at the interval. One of four winning so far and the other three drawing
They are starting to tick in and there's not a lot of goals to talk about in the top two divisions...
Premier League
Brighton 0-0 Watford
Burnley 0-0 Southampton
Chelsea 2-0 Huddersfield
Crystal Palace 1-0 Fulham
Everton 1-2 Wolves
Sky Bet Championship
Wigan 1-0 QPR
Birmingham 1-0 Forest
Brentford 1-2 Blackburn
Bristol City 0-0 Swansea
Hull 1-0 Stoke
Ipswich 0-0 Sheffield Wednesday
Millwall 0-0 Rotherham
Reading 0-0 Aston Villa
Sheffield United 0-0 Bolton
WBA 1-1 Middlesbrough
We advised Chelsea to score next at 1/4 and that penalty does the job
WBA 1-1 Middlesbrough
Boy, Darren Moore's side needed that, as Rodriguez scores
Chelsea 2-0 Huddersfield
Hazard bangs in a penalty, after César Azpilicueta was brought down in the box. It was never a pen, and just sums up Huddersfield's luck this season
Everton 1-2 Wolves
Jimenez scores right on half time to put Wolves back ahead
Walsall level at home to Rochdale, so it's 1-1 and that's more like it. So we have three teams drawing and one winning in our ACCA.
Christian Benteke has thundered an overhead kick against the crossbar What a goal that would have been!
Ashley Barnes is fuming as he feels Burnley should have had a penalty - so much so he has ranted at the ref and got himself booked.
Boro still lead against WBA. If it stays like this it will keep their automatic promotion hopes alive - and dash WBA's - as they would be one point off second place Norwich.
What it could also mean is that if Leeds then beat Norwich tonight, the Sky Bet Championship could be wrapped up already at the top
Check out our preview for Leeds v Norwich here
Palace 0-1 Fulham
No idea what Christie was doing there - flapping his arms like he was trying to fly. So no surprise the ball hits his hand and the penalty is awarded. Milivojević bangs it in
Everton 1-1 Wolves
Gomes fires in a superb strike after a lovely run to get his first goal at the 19th time of asking to level up for the home side
Chelsea have their tails up now. Since going 1-0 up they've already two more good chances, which they should have done better with.
Grimsby lead 1-0 against Newport, meaning with have the first notch on the board for the ACCA.
Chelsea 1-0 Huddersfield
Higuain scores his first club for his new club
Birmingham 1-0 Forest
Brentford 1-2 Blackburn
Benrahma gets one back for the home side
West Brom 0-1 Middlesbrough
Saville puts the visitors ahead.
In Sky Bet League Two Exeter have taken the lead against MK Dons. The Dons have lost three of their last four matches, two of which 1-0. Exeter have scored three goals in their last four matches.
It might be early to call this, but no more goals in this game is 8/1
Oh Mitrović, if you want anyone on the end of a cross six yards out to tap it home then it is this man, and somehow he has missed. It remains Palace 0-0 Fulham
Brentford 0-2 Blackburn
Graham leaps high and heads home
Wigan 1-0 QPR
Windass is the key man again for the home side
Not a great start for the ACCA as we look for successive victories. Walsall are losing 1-0 at home to Rochdale - still plenty of time left - we say in hope
Everton 0-1 Wolves - Neves pen
Wonderful work from Doherty down the right flank, he breaks into the box before being bundled over and winning a spot kick. Neves slots it home
A great chance for Danny Ings against his former club. In on goal, Heaton stays big and makes the striker make a decision and he fires it straight at the stopper.
First goal of the day goes in in Sky Bet League Two
Notts County 1-0 Lincoln City
Jon Stead's penalty after two minutes puts the bottom club up against the top club. This is why we love football
Brentford 0-1 Blackburn
And Blackburn aren't far behind in scoring quickly. Dack - who else - scores
So here we go... good luck to you, your team and your bets this afternoon.
Remember we are covering all the Premier League games and key EFL matches to bring you the best in play betting advice. We had some great success last week, so lets hope for more this Saturday.
The Sporting Life ACCA came in last week, so if you've backed it this week, remember we want...
Just watching shots in the tunnel at the AMEX Stadium, could Watford skipper Troy Deeney look any more relaxed? If he did, he would be horizontal.
Maybe this is why, he's scored in three of his four league away appearances for Watford against Brighton - although all were in the second tier.
We asked you...
If Peter Crouch scores today - or any time - for his new club Burnley he will become only the second player to score for seven different clubs in the Premier League. Who was the first player?
That man is...... Craig Bellamy. Did you get it? Well done if so. Feel free to try it on your mates and claim it as your own!

Scunthorpe were struggling for results and didn't see the instant impact they would have hoped from Stuart McCall's arrival at the club. However, with time to work with the squad and his own arrivals this month, the Iron have started to play and most importantly, pick up results.
They are also enjoying a six-game unbeaten run in the league. That run has seen them pick up a points against promotion hopefuls Sunderland and Peterborough, alongside wins at sides such as Fleetwood who boast a fairly decent home record.
The points have fired them away from any immediate relegation trouble. They now sit six points clear of Bradford in the final drop zone place, and their form could potentially see them have a bit of a run at the play-offs in the last third of the season.
Barnsley's home form is strong and they are a team who will fancy their chances of a return to the Championship. However, Scunthorpe's recent results shows how a price of 19/10 on the double chance in their favour is too big.
Chelsea have failed to score in three of their last four matches and there are clearly problems at the club. However, even with a new man at the helm, it’s hard to see Huddersfield get anything. They’ve lost 10 of their last 11 league games, and not scored in their last four in all comps. They’ve also failed to find the back of the net in half of their 24 league matches this campaign.
So Chelsea to win to nil at 10/11 will deliver a little profit. 2-0 is 5/1 and 3-0 is 6/1
10 minutes left for you to answer this teaser....
If Peter Crouch scores today - or any time - for his new club Burnley he will become only the second player to score for seven different clubs in the Premier League. Who was the first player?

Expect goals in this one, as 15 have gone in in their last four meetings between these two.
However only Liverpool have let in fewer first-half goals this season than Palace's seven. So maybe expect more in the second half.
So both teams to score in the second half at 5/2 looks decent. Over 3.5 goals at 9/4 could be worth a shout too.

With stats becoming a bigger part of the game, plus the likes of corners, cards, etc becoming a big betting angle, we have Premier League vitals, which provides you with all of the key stats for each Premier League club ahead of each round of games.
From these you can pick your bets or request a bets, and this is one of our Premier League vitals recommendations for today
Chelsea have been under some scrutiny recently, losing two consecutive Premier League matches without scoring a goal, most notably to Bournemouth 4-0 last time out.
Maurizio Sarri's side have failed to score in four of their last seven league games, scoring no more than two in the other three of those fixtures. Huddersfield have gone three matches without scoring but will be bolstered by the returning Aaron Mooy so it will not be an easy match to navigate for an out-of-form Chelsea team, so this bet may be a worthy consideration.
After two close weeks of calling three out of four wins, the Sporting Life EFL ACCA finally came in again last Saturday. So we stride confidently into this one, although we have gone for some big calls
Ahead of today’s Premier League matches, Sky Bet have Price Boosted:
Chelsea, Crystal Palace & Aston Villa all to win (WAS 7/2) – now 11/2
Chelsea & Crystal Palace to win & Aston Villa to draw with Reading (WAS 13/2) – now 9/1
Chelsea, Crystal Palace & Reading all to win (WAS 6/1) – now 8/1
These two teams played out a 0-0 draw on the opening day of the season, and there have only been four goals in the past four meetings. All three of Burnley's Premier League wins against Southampton have been by a score of 1-0.
So I’d be tempted to go for either a 1-0 or 2-0 victory to Burnley at 7/1 and 11/1 respectively.
Meanwhile Southampton’s Charlie Austin has scored four in this last four games against his former club. So if you think the Saints will score then, he might be your man at 21/10 anytime.
Heung-Min Son’s 7th goal in seven Premier Leagu games takes him to 40 overall in the top flight - the 9th player to reach that figure for Tottenham.

Tottenham 1-0 Newcastle
Tottenham have Son and a goalkeeping howler to thank for this victory. It moves them second - four points off leaders Liverpool.
Our EFL Expert Tom Carnduff's second EFL tip of the day is....
This is the type of games where Jack O'Connell can get himself among the goalscorers. The centre-back has had a direct involvement in three league goals this season but has possessed a constant attacking threat.
He's also been a key figure in the heart of the Blades defence, playing every single minute of their Sky Bet Championship campaign so far.
What stood out in Bolton's recent defeat to West Brom was their inability to defend set-pieces. It came as a bit of a surprise, but they were completely static from a free-kick and the Baggies scored with ease.
O'Connell's aerial threat is a difficult one to defend against and that should mean goals in a game such as this. O'Connell has won over twice as many aerial duels than he has lost. That puts him in the top-eleven in the Championship for headers won and Bolton will likely put Mark Beevers on marking duty in order to try and nullify his presence.
Did you know that Brighton have scored 16 goals from a set piece this season, a joint-league high with Liverpool and Manchester United? At the same time, Watford have conceded the second most in the Premier League from a set piece with a total of 13.
The worst? Only Manchester United have conceded more.
So looking at one of the Brighton big men like Murray (11/8); Duffy (5/1) or Dunk (9/1) to score anytime might prove beneficial.
If Peter Crouch scores today - or any time - for his new club Burnley he will become only the second player to score for seven different clubs in the Premier League. Who was the first player?
Answer to become before 3pm
With Sky Bet you and your mates can now create your own community, where you can see each others bets and choose whether to add them to your selections or not. The group chat function means you can banter away as your bets either win you cash or cost you.
Check out Sporting Life's Group Bet for Saturday's Premier League and EFL action, which is made up of four selections from the team:
Billy Lumsden: West Brom (to beat Middlesbrough) - 11/10
West Brom were boosted massively by the Transfer Deadline Day signings of Jacob Murphy, Stefan Johansen and Jefferson Montero. They have been in excellent form whereas Middlesbrough have only recorded three wins from their last 10 Sky Bet Championship fixtures, losing three in that time. It's the Baggies for me.
George Pitts: Crystal Palace and Fulham (BTTS) - 8/11
Fulham have been incredibly unpredictable under Claudio Ranieri. Crystal Palace, who beat Tottenham in the FA Cup last week and Man City in the Premier League last month, are hardly easy to predict, either, but goals are expected and both teams to score looks banker material.
Palace have conceded 33 goals in 24 league games this season and could be without Cheikhou Kouyate and James Tomkins, who picked up injuries in midweek. Although Fulham's defence has improved under Ranieri, they have conceded more than any other side in the league this term and have shipped at least a goal in their last five outings.
Tom Carnduff: Bristol City (to beat Swansea) - 13/10
Swansea City saw Tom Carroll, Wilfried Bony and Jefferson Montero all leave on loan deals and they failed to bring in anyone who could help them improve on their current position of 11th. The Swans are lighter on numbers and that could mean next to no chance of making the play-offs.
The bad news is that they have to now go to a Bristol City side who have won their last six in all competitions and are also currently enjoying a 12-game unbeaten run. That gives them the best form in the Sky Bet Championship, and while Swansea have also been picking up points in recent weeks, a weak January window has clearly affected the mood in the camp, and will continue to do so with a Bristol City win here.
Ben Linfoot: Burnley v Southampton (Draw) - 9/4
Burnley are unbeaten in 2019 and registered a 2-2 draw at Old Trafford on Tuesday. Southampton are on a resurgence under Ralph Hasenhuttl but a draw would suit both sides in this fixture, allowing them to further extend themselves from the relegation zone. It will be a tight game with two tightly-matched teams, with a few chances here and there, so a draw would be a good route to go down.

Lets sneak in another Premier League tip from George Pitts before the team news starts flying in...
A market that catches the eye is both teams to score, available at just below evens, which seems a good price considering the records of both sides.
Palace have conceded 33 goals in 24 league games this season and could be without Cheikhou Kouyate and James Tomkins who picked up injuries in midweek.
Although Fulham's defence has improved under Ranieri, they still concede far too many, at least once in their last five outings, and should do so again here, so BTTS could be on the cards.
Wolves have won six of their last 10 and will look to further dampen the mood at Everton. However, the Toffees are unbeaten in seven against Wolves.
Get excited - team news for all of the Premier League games coming soon - Yippee!!!

A clash of two sides desperate for the points in the fight to stay up. Fulham are improving under Ranieri, and so will fancy their chances of recording their first away win of the season, against a Palace side that have claimed just five points from a possible 18 since December's 3-2 victory at Manchester City.
Our EFL expert Tom Carduff will be at Elland Road tonight for Leeds United v Norwich City in the top of the Sky Bet Championship. Follow us on Twitter at @sportinglifeFC as he provides updates of that big one and video post match interviews from the coaches.
In the meantime, here is his first EFL tip for this afternoon
Swansea take on a Bristol City side who have won their last six in all competitions and are also currently enjoying a 12-game unbeaten run.
That gives them the best form in the Sky Bet Championship, and while Swansea have also been picking up points in recent weeks, a weak January window has clearly affected the mood in the camp.
That window seeing Daniel James denied a move that he wanted to Leeds, while a few squad players also departed given Graham Potter less choice when it comes to picking his team. Cryptic Tweets were sent from some players on deadline day, it doesn’t seem a happy environment and City can capitalise on that.
Well this is a battle of two clubs going through tough times for differing reasons. Huddersfield remain rooted to the bottom and wait for the new boss effect to kick in, Chelsea’s Sarri seems to spend more time falling out with his players than coaching them.
Last season Stamford Bridge was the venue that saw Huddersfield secure their Premier League status thanks to a 1-1 draw. Although it’s hard to see them getting anything there this time.
Former Leeds, Derby, Millwall, Boro and Coventry striker Noel Whelan joins the Sporting Life team for our Sky Bet EFL Podcast. Please do subscribe for free and take a listen.
Over the next hour I'll be dotting throughout the blog our Sporting Life football teams best tips for the Premier League and EFL.
As you'll know, our team provide tips in their match previews for all Premier League and selected EFL matches. Ahead of weekend games, these are normally up on site from Thursday. So please do check them out.
Let's start with George Pitt's first Premier League tip
Wolves are fancied to get a result here, so backing them to score two or more goals provides the insurance of a high-scoring draw. The 2/1 price is appealing considering they have scored at least two in five of their last seven games in all competitions.
Both teams like to play football and there should be plenty of goals with Wolves edging it.
Southampton do not like Turf Moor – fact! They’ve only recorded one league victory in nine attempts at the cold, northern ground, back in March 1971. However they are now on their best run of the season, being unbeaten in four, so there is some light there.
Burnley are looking so much stronger now though, aren’t they? After nine losses in 11 games, they are now unbeaten in five, winning three of those.
So Tottenham are on top here and wasted some good chances. They are 1/2 to score the first goal now. Lucas Moura has had two shots so far and is 5/1 to score in 90 minutes, so that might be worth a look too

CHANCE FOR SPURS

Erik Lamela hooks one into the box and Lucas Moura is onside but can only skewer his header well wide. Great chance for Spurs.

Let's get our stats game going for today's Premier League 3pm games. We will use some of the this information once the team news is in to create some in play betting advice too.
Would you believe that Brighton’s last Premier League victory came on December 4! Since then they’ve earned just five points from 9 games and threw away 2 goal leads twice.
Watford’s lose to Spurs in mid-week was their first in six.
A good few games have fallen foul of the weather in the EFL and National League this afternoon:
Sky Bet League One
Sky Bet League Two
National League
Tottenham 0-0 Newcastle
After they shock and inspirational win over champions Manchester City in mid-week, Newcastle are looking to upset another top four big boy in the Premier League’s early kick off, as they take on a wobbling Tottenham at Wembley.
However, at an icy Wembley, it is the hosts on top and have had all the chances so far - although all have been half chances and not fully finished, with three shot off target.
Chunks of ice have been falling from the Wembley roof onto the pitch.
