Crystal Palace defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka signs new contract with club


Aaron Wan-Bissaka has signed a new contract with Crystal Palace, manager Roy Hodgson has announced.

The new deal ties him to the London club until 2022.

The 20-year-old has been rewarded for some excellent performances for the Eagles this season, having made his Premier League debut in February against Tottenham.

Hodgson said: "It is great news for the club that we have been able to secure his services until 2022.

Wan-Bissaka said: "I'm really happy to extend my contract at Palace. I've been with the club since I was 11, which makes today even more special.

"I'd like to thank Roy, the coaches and the chairman (Steve Parish) for showing their belief in me, and I hope to repay them with my performances."
