Newcastle midfielder Sean Longstaff has joined Blackpool on loan until January.
The 19-year-old has been a regular in Newcastle's under-23 side and spent the second half of last season at Scottish Premiership club Kilmarnock.
Blackpool manager Gary Bowyer said on the club's official website: "Sean is another exciting addition to the squad and I am delighted that Newcastle have allowed him to further his development with us.
"He is someone who made a big impression with Kilmarnock up in Scotland last season and highlighted his capabilities once again in a pre-season run-out at Darlington the other night.
"Sean is very good on the ball and I am sure he will contribute his fair share of goals and assists."
