Sporting Life's Sky Bet Championship Podcast: Special guest Andrew Hughes

The latest episode of the Sporting Life Sky Bet Championship Podcast is available now on iTunes, Soundcloud and Spotify, with special guest Andrew Hughes.

Hughes is a former Norwich, Leeds and Reading player and has coached at Bolton, Crystal Palace and most recently Huddersfield Town, and joins Gareth Jones and Noel Whelan to provide his unique insight.

He runs the rule over his former clubs, predicting who will win the race for automatic promotion and who will be relegated.

Having recently joined up with training at Leeds and worked with Norwich's director of football Stuart Webber, Andrew has unique insight into what is behind both clubs' successful seasons.

Having coached Huddersfield to promotion to the Premier League he shares the key elements needed to go up - both automatically and via the play-offs - and crucially what is required to stay in the top-flight once there.

We discuss the future of Reading and Bolton and what could happen with the Trotters' boss Phil Parkinson.

We also debate whether a 'penalty goal' rule should be introduced into football.
