Footage of the BT Sport studio showed presenter Gary Lineker and pundit Rio Ferdinand celebrating wildly after Lionel Messi's 600th Barcelona goal.

The Barcelona legend brought up his milestone in just his 683rd game for the only club he's played for his entire career with a fittingly spectacular free kick in the Champions League semi-final first leg against Liverpool.

It sealed a crushing 3-0 victory at the Nou Camp and sent the world into Messi meltdown, with BT Sport duo Lineker, who played for Barcelona and Everton during his playing career, and former Manchester United defender Ferdinand clearly getting caught up in the magic moment.

Still, we're not sure how Liverpool fans will react to this footage!
