Sky Bet Championship final day guide: What can happen on final day? Who will be promoted? Who will be relegated?

With one game remaining in the Sky Bet Championship season, there's everything to play for at both ends of the table.

Leeds have already got the title in the bag but below them, West Brom, Brentford and Fulham are all still in with a chance of securing automatic promotion.

Nottingham Forest and Cardiff haven't quite nailed down their spot in the play-offs yet while a number of teams are still involved in the relegation battle. After 45 games, no team has had their relegation confirmed yet.

We've put together everything you need for the finale in England's second tier in our guide. To read an article, please click on the image or the link.

The last automatic promotion spot is up for grabs, while the battle for the play-off places and the scrap against relegation have gone down to the wire.

So what can happen on the final day? Here are the permutations and possible outcomes.

Brentford, Fulham and West Brom are all battling to join Leeds in the Premier League next season. Even with the play-offs to come, at least one of those three will definitely remain in England's second tier next season.

The conclusion to this campaign is a highly-exciting one. Leeds are the only side to know their fate; nobody has yet had their relegation confirmed while those in the play-off positions could well end up not playing a part in it.

All fixtures will kick-off at 19:30 on Wednesday with Brentford and West Brom's games televised by Sky Sports. It's clear that given the current standings, they are the two who are most likely to do it.

Aleksandar Mitrovic and Ollie Watkins are battling it out to finish as the top goalscorer in the Sky Bet Championship.

While their main focus will be on the automatic promotion race which involves both Fulham and Brentford, there could be an individual accolade to go alongside a strong season with the duo the only front runners for the award.

With one game of the campaign remaining, Fulham's Mitrovic leads the way with 26 while Watkins is just behind on 25.
