RICKETY BRIDGE could be called the winner a long way out on his recent C&D chase debut and can make light of a 3 lb rise with improvement likely. Snipe arrives on the back of a productive spell in hunters and can give the selection most to think about.
TIVA - 16:05 Hamilton
TIVA should have come on plenty for her Ripon reappearance, and with her usual headgear refitted she makes a fair bit of appeal having won on her only other start here. Bath 1-2 Law of Average and Binadham could be the dangers.
OFF SPIN - 16:50 Beverley
OFF SPIN stepped up on his reappearance when third at Ripon recently and, with the still longer trip likely to suit, he's taken to make the most of the marked drop in grade. Freddy Robinson goes well at this track and seems likely to give another good account, as does Sisterandbrother.
TIME IS A THIEF - 17:12 Wexford
TIME IS A THIEF left the form of his hurdles debut well behind equipped with a first-time hood when readily off the mark at Tramore 37 days ago. Looking far from the finished article then, he's very much of interest again with the prospect of more to come. Colcannon and the returning Ifiwerearichman are others to consider, as is Down Royal scorer Berto Ramirez.
BOOK OF SECRETS - 18:38 Cartmel
The one who catches the eye is BOOK OF SECRETS, who has eased in the weights and looks ready to peak now returning to a venue where he's been placed off higher marks. Justlikefire and the selection's stablemate Mojo Ego look the most interesting of the opposition.
KING'S TRUST - 20:00 Kempton
KING'S TRUST got the better of a now useful sort when making it third time lucky in a Southwell maiden in October and now handicapping from what could well prove a lenient opening mark, he makes plenty of appeal despite a less-than-ideal draw. Lingfield scorer Caviar Cowboy is firmly going the right way and is another high on the shortlist, with Ya Karim and Slight of Foot others to consider.
