SEA SUITE – 16.35 Wetherby (NAP)
Interesting that James Owen has just his second Flat runner at Wetherby with SEA SUITE in the Lives Streams On Racing TV Extra Handicap over a mile on Sunday. He’s got a few pounds up his sleeve on his all-weather form and he was short of room when running well on turf over seven furlongs at Musselburgh last time. He looks an improved horse this season and stepping back up to a mile can squeeze more improvement out of him.
NAD ALSHIBA GREEN – 16.25 Nottingham
Clive Cox has got his hands on a nice sprinter from Mick Appleby’s in NAD ALSHIBA GREEN who can win her first race for her new yard in the Pertemps Network Commercial Handicap over five furlongs. The Dark Angel filly went well at this track for her old yard and she showed plenty of spark on stable debut at Wolverhampton where she was a keeping-on second after a slow start.
GEO – 17.45 Musselburgh
It could be worth chancing GEO for Jim Goldie in the Sky Bet Price Boosts Handicap over seven furlongs at Musselburgh on the latest Sky Bet Sunday Series card. Jockey Lauren Young was suspended a day after dropping her hands on her at Thirsk eight days ago but she shaped quite nicely and if she sticks with the prominent tactics on this sharp track the ball might just bounce in her favour at likely big odds.
