Today's market movers
Down to just the two meetings in the UK today following the abandonment of Hereford but punters are still out in force and Joey's Destiny is the standout best backed horse of the day in the opening race on Wolverhampton's twilight card.
Returning from a 49-day break, the eight-year-old has slumped in the weights and although he hasn't shown much for his current trainer, he does have a C&D victory on the CV from just last summer.
The top-weight Dark Alliance has also been punted in the same race and those two now sit right near the top of the market, while over the sticks at Fontwell it's Hit the Highway in the handicap hurdle at 2.45 that has attracted support.
The Giles Smyly-trained gelding has registered his two hurdles victory on heavy ground and is clearly expected to relish conditions at the West Sussex venue.
2.45 – Hit The Highway 13/2 into 9/2
4.15 - Joey’s Destiny 9/1 into 4/1
4.15 - Dark Alliance 5/1 into 5/2
4.45 - Beepeecee 11/2 into 7/2

A point-to-point winner last spring and although the form has not been franked under Rules there were signs of improvement when fourth on hurdling debut last month. Aidan Coleman takes to the saddle for the third time, his sole mount for the meeting, and is expected to deliver the goods in the opener.
