Rory Delargy and David Massey look ahead to today's action including the Qatar Goodwood Festival.

16:20 Goodwood - 1m Sussex Stakes
It's fair to say there's some disagreement in the office this morning, with Rory a lot keener on Bow Echo's chance than I am. He sort of buys my theory that Guineas winners don't tend to improve that much as the season goes on, but not my physical theory that others might improve past him in that regard.
However, he's in Fort William on holiday with his family and not only that he was in A&E with suspected diverticulitis yesterday, so he's both away from me and weakened. So I get the final say. Unlucky!
However, as far as the Sussex goes, one thing we DO agree on is TEN BOB TONY, who may once again have been underestimated, much as he was as Royal Ascot.
He probably went off the price he did that day as not many thought he'd stay a stiff mile, and this easier mile ought to suit him even better. He's the one that looks a little overpriced this morning.
17:40 Goodwood - 7f HKJC World Pool Handicap
You need a bit of luck backing a hold-up horse at Goodwood, that much we know, but that aside I am keen on OLIVER SHOW going well here.
He looked on the way back after his run here last time out, a bit keen after being held up but he ran on well from the furlong pole to be beaten three lengths and gave the impression he was being wound up for something soon.
The cheekpieces are back on today (missing last time) and for all he's on a long losing run, he's contested some competitive handicaps over the past year, often running very respectably, and is now 9lb lower than this time last year. Granted some luck, he must go close.
17:35 Galway - 2m6f Handicap Hurdle
HEES DYNAMITE didn't get away with heavy ground in the depths of winter last December and found a good run of form coming to a halt, but he'd found a heap of improvement throughout the autumn and after a comeback run at Killarney a fortnight ago, a run that saw him finish second and that very much looked like Galway would be on the cards afterwards for a local owner, he has a solid chance here despite top weight.
Proven on the track after a win here last October, we like his chances on ground that should be ideal today.
