Scotland, 9/4 for victory, impressed despite losing to Ireland in their Six Nations opener and are given a nine-point handicap start by Sky Bet.
England look to bounce back from a comprehensive defeat by France but face another tough away fixture which they are 1/3 to win.
Tony Calvin preview: What I thought was a straightforward handicap tip on Wednesday afternoon, having watched all the weekend games again, is now anything but given Jones’ changes.
However, the weather forecast suggests Murrayfield could get very wet by kick-off, so I have to stay true to my original thoughts and side with Scotland +8 at evens but simply scale back the stake.
Remember, England have now lost five of their last seven away games in this tournament and the draw is a definite runner at 28/1 too.
"The main consideration is always the same - pick the best 23.
"We've just changed the order of a number of players to get the right balance to the game. This is not rotation, we are picking the best 23.
"We're not happy with how we played in the first 40 minutes against France and this is a new game and we have a great chance to play well.
"Willi's (Heinz) been in the 23 for most games. This week he's starting and Ben (Youngs) will finish. We just think at the start of the game that he will be the type of player who will be useful.
"Willi has got great experience. He's played with a number of good players and has experienced rugby in the northern and southern hemispheres.
"He's got a good solid, all-round game, is a good communicator and has a calm head.
"Lewis (Ludlam) is selected because of his energy. Scotland compete hard at the breakdown and we're going to need to be accurate at the breakdown and have a high work-rate.
"They pick two sevens so there's going to be a lot of competition there.
"It's a different role for (Jonathan) Joseph and obviously he doesn't have the direct running skills of Manu (Tuilagi) but has other skills and if we can find some space we'll be able to use them."
"I fully believe we have all the creativity we need. The review after the Ireland game was good. We've did some really positive things on Saturday but we know games like that we need to win.
"Every time you come back from a loss you come in, look at the footage and try to bounce onto the next game - and there is no better one than England at home.
"Everyone is looking to get stuck in. We were frustrated after the game but it's one of those things. It would mean everything to win on Saturday. It's a massive game at home and we want to retain the Calcutta Cup and the points for the table."
