Well backed and cemented a promising start for current yard when close second on handicap debut at Kempton (1½m), showing a slightly ungainly head carriage but clear of the rest. Respected, though has a couple of interesting 3-y-os to contend with on return to novice company.

Bred in the purple (brother to high-class 1¼m-1½m winner Bay Bridge). Overcame inexperience to make a successful start in a tactical event at Windsor (1¼m), looking value for more than the 1¼-length winning margin. Open to improvement stepping up in trip and can make it 2-2.

Bumper winner who looked a longer-term project on Flat debut at Goodwood in June. Returns to level having been beaten 10 lengths second time up over hurdles at Newton Abbot last time.

Fair hurdler who doubled her tally at Worcester (2m) in July. Well backed/made an encouraging start in this sphere when narrowly pipped at Windsor (1¼m). Only ran to a similar level when fourth at Kempton (1½m) latest. Needs to pull out more to make it third time lucky.

Expensive breeze-up purchase who failed to make the track for Jamie Osborne. Cheap buy for current yard and has placed both maiden starts here (well held on turf in between), latterly 6 lengths third of 10 in 1m maiden. No guarantee he improves for the significantly longer trip, though.

Improving Sea The Stars filly who finished well-backed second behind a progressive Gosden one at Lingfield (1¼m) last time. Step up in trip looks sure to suit, and she should go well back against the boys.
