Made the frame sole outing in points. Didn't build on promise of his qualifying run when well beaten on handicap bow at Downpatrick. Has been freshened up and now drops into a 0-100 with first-time hood/Sam Ewing added to the mix.
Veteran who enhanced good course record when successful in similar event last June. No impact at long odds over hurdles/fences in 4 starts this year but better expected now back on his latest winning mark.
Readily off the mark in big-field Punchestown hurdle on handicap/stable debut in May. Promised more than delivered on her 2 most recent starts, latterly when back hurdling at Roscommon (2m). Return to further/addition of Connor-Stone Walsh (1-1) will do no harm.
Lightly-raced 5-y-o. Booked for a place (at worst) when carried out at Limerick (soft) in late-May. Took another step forward when close second behind an improver over the same C&D (good) latest. Could be more to come given how he travelled on that occasion.
Sole win came at this course (2m) last summer. Probably finding her fitness in couple of starts last month (latterly well held on Flat), Makes some appeal in first-time cheekpieces for yard/jockey combination successful in this race last year, though the trip is a worry.
Carries head awkwardly. Showed improved form to hit the frame in couple of heavy-ground handicaps last winter. Last seen having pipe-opener on the Flat in mid-May. Looks worth a go in blinkers (first-time tongue strap also added) and could be interesting if handling less testing conditions.
Won a thin Down Royal handicap off 2 lb lower last spring. Wasn't disgraced on the Flat on stable debut latest but has plenty on at the weights back hurdling.
Lightly-raced 5-y-o. Fared little better for the switch to a handicap at Punchestown (2m, 40/1) in early-May.
Fair winner over middle distances on Flat. Opening mark doesn't look prohibitive on that evidence but has offered little 3 starts in maiden hurdles to date.
Fair winning handicapper (1m) at best on the Flat. Shaped a bit better than the beaten distance (15¼ lengths) on second start in handicap hurdle at Downpatrick (2¼m) latest. Cheekpieces on first time in this sphere and hasn't been long with excellent yard.
Maiden has finished runner-up 4 times in handicaps, including in a division of this race 12 months ago. Looked to still be in form when fourth at Downpatrick last time. May again find a few too good.
Hit-and-miss performer over hurdles/fences. Didn't look to be in much form on final start on Flat for A. J. Martin last September. Bit to prove back hurdling on reappearance/stable debut.
Long-standing maiden. Ran best race for a while when 5 lengths third of 15 on return at Sligo. May come on for that and still potentially well treated off 1 lb higher.
Low-mileage 6-y-o. Wasn't beaten as far as previously when 9 lengths eleventh of 13 at Wexford, without looking the easiest of rides in first-time cheekpieces (retained).
Runner-up under typical hold-up ride here (19f) in April. Had remained in better heart than subsequent form figures would suggest until below form (raced very wide) at Sligo last time. Reunited with good-value conditional/usual tongue strap and now 2 lb below latest winning mark.
Belatedly opened his account at Tramore last summer. Followed his creditable hurdles return (2m) with a lacklustre effort back on the Flat there last time. Still 3 lb above his winning mark and slightly longer trip a question mark.

MALBAS has a good course record and could be the answer in a tricky handicap. Friar Hogan is going the right way and looks a serious danger, with Dream Shaper and Burlington House also appealing.
