Maiden did hit the frame in slightly better company than this last season and having gone off too hard on most recent start in October, she may well bounce back for a more efficient ride.
Regressed from a promising debut at Dundalk last April, and having left Miss Natalia Lupini for only 1000 gns, it's hard to be confident of a revival on stable/handicap debut.
Two-time 1¼m winner wasn't disgraced on testing ground when third of 13 at Doncaster in October, and she's entitled to be competitive if ready to roll.
Career-best effort when third over this trip at Chelmsford last October but only ran respectably when last seen finishing seventh of 10 over C&D in January.
Didn't look obviously well treated when down the field in a similar handicap at Epsom in September, though she did make a winning reappearance (her sole previous success) this time last year.
Zarak filly ran her best race when close second of 4 on qualifying run/reappearance at Wolverhampton last time. Beat a couple of well-bred sorts on that occasion and she may be able to capitalise on a favourable mark.
200,000 gns Wootton Bassett filly was brought along steadily in novice/maiden company last autumn and appeals as the type to do much better now handicapping over a longer trip as a 3-y-o.
Followed up her breakthrough C&D success when cosily defying a penalty at Wolverhampton. Continued a good run of form when runner-up over C&D last time, and she could get the run of the race again here.
Matched previous modest form while shaping as if better for the run when fourth of 7 on return at Kempton (1m). She's a mixed bag on pedigree, though, so this longer trip raises a question mark.

Forecasts
Ammoony (11/8), Mythical Bird (10/3), Bergamo Gold (6/1), Flightofthephoenix (17/2), Willow Wood (10/1), Ghost Story (14/1), Guendolen (14/1), Gnocchi (28/1), Lady Mcc (80/1)
Hailing from a fine middle-distance family, WILLOW WOOD is very much open to improvement, and she's fancied to enhance her trainer's fine recent record with returning 3-y-os. Fellow handicap debutante Ammoony rates a serious danger, though, with Bergamo Gold best of the rest.
