Made hard work of it when completing the hat-trick over hurdles at Doncaster (19.4f, soft) in January but that doesn't detract from what is a progressive profile. Bold show likely now switched to fences, provided that her jumping passes the test.

Winning pointer with an all-or-nothing record, springing a surprise on chase/handicap debut in 4-runner event at Huntingdon in January but she was comprehensively outpointed in a match at Plumpton next time. Opposable.

Switch to front-running tactics worked the oracle when opening her account in a Market Rasen handicap hurdle (20.6f, good) on Boxing Day. Race probably came too soon at the same course 3 weeks later but given more of a break since and she's not ruled out on this chase debut. Has undergone a wind op.
|
Kept busy this season, notching 2 of her 3 victories in handicap chases at this track, the latest off a 2 lb lower mark in January. Runner-up back over this C&D last month and she should make her presence felt.

Forecasts
Jamaicaine (5/4), Belle Montrose (11/4), Gotthereintheend (3/1), Where's Cato (6/1)
Assuming that she takes to fences at the first attempt, JAMAICAINE will prove a tough nut to crack. It certainly wasn't plain sailing when completing the hat-trick over hurdles at Doncaster but she is progressive nonetheless. Belle Montrose clearly likes it here and she is feared most ahead of Gotthereintheend.
