CARNIVAL DAY was much improved on just his second run for Jim Boyle when scoring at Brighton last week and a 6 lb penalty for that facile victory doesn't look sufficient to prevent him from following up. Salamanca Lad comes here on the back of a very good Southwell second so should ensure the selection doesn't have things all his own way, while Niloufar, Miaswell and Give It To Me Oj all need factoring in too.
