Improved for the switch to chasing last winter, making all in pair of 2m novice handicaps. Ran just respectably for third when unable to dominate at Kempton in May but returns as an unexposed sort.
Has improved for the switch to this yard, winning twice this autumn. Some of his latest 7 lb rise is offset by Charlie Todd's claim and he's likely to go well on hat-trick bid.
Fairly useful hurdler chaser for current yard, scoring at Bangor in April and Newton Abbot in August. Only nudged 2 lb but this race has a more competitive look to it.
Bumper/novice hurdle winner who failed to complete in 3 starts over fences last season and faded tamely into distant fourth on his Perth return 36 days ago. Remains to be seen if drop to 2m helps.
Lightly-raced hurdler who didn't quite get home when stepped up to 2½m on his Huntingdon chase debut/reappearance 17 days ago. Open to improvement dropped back to 2m. Interesting.
Formerly useful chaser for Paul Nicholls but below form this season, his latest 15 lengths third at Sedgefield no big step back in the right direction. Could only consider if backed.
Dual bumper winner who struck at the third time of asking over hurdles in a 2m Leicester novice in January. Tackles much more experienced opposition on this case debut but she does have potential.
Could only manage last of 4 over C&D 16 days ago but still a dangerous one to dismiss having dipped to 7 lb lower than when taking this race 12 months ago.
Won twice at Sedgefield in the spring but not seen since pulling up at Cartmel in June.

Forecasts
Fontaine Collonges (5/2), Numitor (9/2), Casa Tall (5/1), Finistere (13/2), Larch Hill (15/2), Ballyvic Boru (9/1), One Touch (11/1), Dr Sanderson (22/1), Treshnish (40/1)
FINISTERE shaped well until his stamina appeared to give out on his Huntingdon chase debut so is fancied to come good now back down at 2m. Larch Hill has thrived for the switch to the Pogsons and rates an obvious danger, while the handicapper has arguably taken a bit of a chance dropping Ballyvic Boru 4 lb for his run here last time, meaning he's now 7 lb lower than when winning this last year.
