Won his maiden hurdle in September at Roscommon and won a Thurles novice hurdle by 11L. Improving sort but will have to step up again in this company.
Generally out of sorts in his last two starts including a 13½L defeat last time out over C&D. May well improve for first-time tongue-tie.
Comes here on a four timer following a series of solid performances, more recently in the last couple of months. Should make his presence felt again.
Behind Monkshood last time out in a Fairyhouse novice hurdle over 2m4f last month beaten 7L. Vast improvement needed to play a role here.
Has been a revelation over the late summer and autumn generally at this track. One for the shortlist but not winning beyond 2m4f must be noted.

Fabulous Saga likes to get on with things and could actually have one or two in trouble early on in the contest. The manifestation of the gallant Granny Biddy has been refreshing but faces a major step up in trip here and the Noel Meade-trained Moyross can be expected to be on the premises at the business end of the race but preference is for MONKSHOOD who looks to have a bit of class about him.
