A half-brother to the fair maiden hurdler Holy Smokes and cost €17,000 when changing hands as a three-year-old. Would be a surprise winner first time out.
Point-to-point winner who has finished a runner-up in all three starts in bumpers in testing conditions, most recently when 16L behind As You Were at Thurles in March. Looks a decent sort and very much respected on his hurdling bow.
Son of King's Theatre who was purchased for €100,000 and looks a decent investment on the evidence of a comfortable debut win in a Limerick bumper back in March. Of obvious interest as he goes hurdling.
Toiled badly on his debut in a Navan maiden hurdle first time out in April and it was a similar story when next seen at Punchestown last month. Hard to make a case for.
Won on sole point-to-point start in March when beating seven rivals 5L and quickly picked up by J P McManus but underwhelming on his hurdles debut at Galway (2m, soft) last month. Much more needed here.
Ineffective in six bumpers so far in his career and was pulled up at Down Royal recently after reportedly making a respiratory noise. Readily overlooked on hurdles bow.
Unseated rider on his debut, but showed some limited promise when eighth in each of his two subsequent outings at Gowran and Wexford (both testing conditions). A better proposition once going handicapping.
No chance against an easy winner when runner-up in the second of his two bumper runs, but is clearly not without some ability judged on a decent opening effort over hurdles at Downpatrick when beaten 26L. Should improve.
A half-brother to a moderate winning chaser but there isn't enough in his profile to suggest he is a serious contender first time out.
A half-brother to the useful winning hurdler Hell's Kitchen and, representing the famous J P McManus silks, he is worth a second look, even though he clearly isn't the owner's best hope.
Had the smart Champion Bumper runner-up, Debuchet, in arrears when winning his debut at Naas before winning a hot Fairhouse bumper with a fair bit up his sleeve. Looks a red-hot prospect and should take some stopping on his hurdling debut.
Generally performed to a decent standard in six bumpers to date, placing three times, and unlucky not to have won a race. In good hands and no surprise to see him make his mark over hurdles before long.
Cheap purchase with little to recommend him on paper and ran accordingly when beaten well over 100L on his racecourse debut in a maiden hurdle at Wexford. Tried in a tongue-tie now.
Court Cave gelding who fetched €30,000 as a foal. Leading owner's horses are always worth a market check but this looks a tall order.

All eyes will be on RED JACK as he makes an eagerly-awaited debut over hurdles having posted some high-class efforts in NH Flat events last season which included a victory over subsequent Champion Bumper runner-up, Debuchet. With Noel Meade reporting that the four-year-old has schooled well over hurdles, he should take some stopping, though the presence of two promising Gigginstown runners in Mortal and Judgement Day should make things interesting.
