Leeds United's promotion hopes have suffered a blow with the news that Kemar Roofe is set for a spell on the sidelines.
The club have confirmed the striker damaged knee ligaments in their 2-1 win over Swansea in the Sky Bet Championship on Wednesday February 13.
However Leeds have not revealed just how serious the injury is or put a timescale on how long the 26-year-old is set to be out for.
Roofe, who has 14 goals this season but none in his last five appearances, posted on instagram a photo of his left knee in a brace with the caption "Devastated but it's part of the game! It's just an excuse for me to get stronger."
The better news for Leeds is that fellow striker Patrick Bamford returned to action this month after missing much of the season due to two different injury problems, while Chelsea loanee Izzy Brown is moving closer to making his United debut after missing the whole campaign to date.
Leeds, 4/11 favourites for promotion to the Premier League, were knocked down to third in the Sky Bet Championship at the weekend, due to the fact they didn't play and Norwich City and Sheffield United both won.
