Eden Hazard has reportedly told the Belgian press that he is ready to leave Chelsea after leading his country to third place at the World Cup.
Hazard has been constantly linked with a move to Real Madrid this summer, and that only intensified when Cristiano Ronaldo made a big-money move to Juventus.
The Belgium captain is now 1/4 to move to the Champions League winners this summer after telling Belgian newspaper HLN that he is ready to leave Chelsea.
Hazard sealed Belgium's 2-0 victory against England in the third-place play-off in St Petersburg by scoring a late goal after Thomas Meunier had given them an early lead.
The Chelsea forward then hinted at a possible move to Real Madrid, with whom he has been linked since the end of the season, telling HLN: "After six wonderful years at Chelsea it might be time to discover something different. Certainly after this World Cup.
"I can decide if I want to stay or go, but Chelsea will make the final decision - if they want to let me go. You know my preferred destination."
Chelsea have just announced Maurizio Sarri as their new head coach and clinched the signing of Italy midfield Jorginho from Napoli for £50m, but they may have to cope without their star man next season.
