Round-by-round results and reviews from the UK Open darts, which took place at the Butlins Minehead Resort from March 2-4.
Widely dubbed the 'FA Cup of Darts' due to the random draws, no advantage of seeding and the presence of amateur qualifiers among the 128-man field, the 2018 Coral UK Open Finals is over - with Gary Anderson surviving the carnage of shocks to win the title for the first time in his career.
*Due to the weather conditions caused by Storm Emma, all the action at the UK Open was played behind closed doors and the matches scheduled for the Main Stage were played at Red's Bar *
Here, you look back at how the tournament unfolded with the round-by-round results and links to each day's review. We also have details of the UK Open Order of Merit, and a history section complete with past winners and records.

It was on this stage just two years ago when a certain amateur named Rob Cross, who qualified for the event via a Rileys Amateur Qualifier in Norwich that he'd paid £7 to enter, showed a glimpse of his potential in an astounding match in which eventual champion Michael van Gerwen hit a nine-dart finish sandwiched between two 170 checkouts!

Last year Cross was beaten by Peter Wright in the fifth round as Snakebite went on to claim his maiden TV title but now, as world champion, 'Voltage' is among the favourites to land what would only be the second televised title of his career.
The first-round draw consists of players who ranked 65-96 in the UK Open Order of Merit following the six qualifying events held in Wigan in February, which include three-time world champion - and star of the Sporting Life Darts Podcast - John Part, as well as the 32 Rileys Amateur Qualifiers who won through knockouts held in Rileys Sports Bars across the nation.
Players ranked 33-64 in the Order Merit come in at the second-round stage, before the top 32 enter in the third round on Friday evening. All draws are random and made at the end of each round.
Michael van Gerwen is unsurprisingly the favourite at 10/11 to get his hands on the UK Open trophy once again having missed last year's staging of the event due to injury. He hasn't lost in this tournament since 2014.
Gary Anderson and world champion Rob Cross are next in the running at 8/1 while last year's winner of this event, Peter Wright, is 9/1.
Gerwyn Price, the 2017 runner-up, is the biggest priced Premier League player at a massive 80/1 while the shortest-priced non-Premier League player is Corey Cadby - a 28/1 shot.

The UK Open is also one of the biggest events on the darts calendar as 128 players compete in an elimination format which can cause many shocks.
With no seedings and a random draw made after every round, the UK Open has earned the nickname of "the FA Cup of darts" ever since the event's debut in 2003 when it was held at the Reebok Stadium in Bolton.
Phil Taylor beat Shayne Burgess in the first final and although the dominant 'Power' has claimed the most titles with five, there has been a wide range of winners including Roland Scholten (2004), Raymond van Barneveld (2006 & 2007), James Wade (2008 & 2011), Robert Thornton (2012), Adrian Lewis (2014), Michael van Gerwen (2015, 2016) and most recently Peter Wright.
