Glorious Goodwood: ITV7 Rollover Pundit Predictor

Like the ITV7 Rollover Jackpot, the Sporting Life ITV Pundit Predictor rolls over as Matt Brocklebank failed to pick a winner on Tuesday, handing the baton to David Ord.

ITV7 returns for the Qatar Goodwood Festival, with the rollover jackpot back in action as ever!

As the jackpot was not claimed on Tuesday, it has risen from £50,000 to £75,000 for today's round.

Four races from Goodwood are included on Wednesday, accompanied by three from Redcar, meaning you must pick the correct seven winners to take home the £75,000 jackpot prize.

The ITV7 jackpot rolls over by £25,000 each day if there is no winner on that particular day. For example, if the £75,000 is not won on Wednesday, it will increase to £100,000 on Thursday. This will be the case until Saturday if the prize is not claimed by a winner.

David Ord steps in for Matt Brocklebank, who could not pick a winner in Tuesday's round. If he succeeds, he will progress on to the next day, where two correct winners will then be required.

If Ord too fails in this task, it will rollover on to another pundit, who must try to achieve the same across that particular day of racing. This makes up the metric for the Sporting Life ITV7 Rollover Predictor.

David Ord's selections

1.50 Goodwood: Timoshenko

2.10 Redcar: Sushi Power

2:25 Goodwood: Dubai Tradition

2.45 Redcar: Royal Welcome

3:00 Goodwood: Maven

3.20 Redcar: Carry On Deryck

3:35 Goodwood: Phoenix Of Spain

Analysis:

Sir Mark Prescott has his team of staying handicappers in tremendous order and it looks significant that he brings Timoshenko back from a 355-day layoff in the Unibet Goodwood Handicap (1.50). He was seriously progressive when last seen and can pick up where he left off. Dubai Tradition has some lofty entries and looks a potential blot on the handicap from a mark of 88 in the Unibet Handicap (2.25). American speedball Mavan can blast his rivals to smithereens in the Molecomb Stakes (3.00), while Phoenix Of Spain is backed to get one over old rival Too Darn Hot in a fascinating edition of the Sussex Stakes (3.35) – the feature race on day two at Glorious Goodwood. Up at Redcar, Sushi Power and Royal Welcome can gain deserved opening wins in their respective races (2.10 and 2.45), with Carry On Deryck holding very strong claims based on official figures in the seller (3.20).
