The Dark Blues denied Cambridge a hat-trick of wins in the fixture as fly-half Tom Humberstone led the way through an 18-point haul.
Humberstone scored a try and kicked five conversions and a penalty, while Dan Barley touched down twice and Barley's fellow wing Tom Stileman also crossed, along with flanker Charlie Pozniak.

Number eight Emily Pratt scored a first-half try for the Light Blues, with Alice Edgar adding a penalty to open up an eight-point lead, and Oxford could not claw it back despite a late touchdown from lock Katie Collis.
