Wakefield coach Chris Chester has called winger Tom Johnstone and prop forward Pauli Pauli back into his squad after dropping them for the win over Wakefield but will be tempted to stick with a winning team.

St Helens could give debuts to centre Matty Costello and second-rower James Bentley in the absence of Mark Percival, who is suspended, and Zeb Taia, who was injured in the defeat at Wakefield. Still without hooker James Roby, coach Justin Holbrook has also called up back-row forward Jack Ashworth.

Huddersfield are likely to turn to utility back Sam Wood to plug the gap created by the suspension of half-back Danny Brough, while forwards Tyler Dickinson and Colton Roche are recalled in place of Matty English and Jared Simpson.
