WOODRAFFF - 18:35 Newcastle
He ran very well at Southwell last time and returned to the course-and-distance where he was successful in September, WOODRAFFF makes plenty of appeal. The five-year-old was slowly away and caught in traffic the last day but ran on well to be beaten only a length-and-a-quarter into third by Operation Gimcrack. He arrives here in top form and looks sure to go well.

KAZAR FOREZ - 14:40 Sedgefield (NAP)
KAZAR FOREZ initially struggled on joining Micky Hammond from France but looked a different model when returning to action after almost 11 months off, winning cosily at Newcastle (well backed) with the first two pulling clear of the remainder. He was ridden by a 6 lb claimer that day and is up in the handicap too but is still 6 lbs below his opening handicap mark (allotted on French form) so should still have plenty of wriggle room.
RAGLAN ROAD - 15:55 Naas
An interesting contest with some unexposed contenders taking on more experienced campaigners and the former camp is expected to hold sway. The market may well prove handy - as it has in the last three renewals - but there's plenty to like about RAGLAN ROAD who was a good third behind Woodhooh at the Cheltenham Festival. His yard is a little quiet but he's feasibly weighted on his form over hurdles and has shaped nicely enough on his two starts in well contested beginners chases.
