Chelsea 4-1 Cardiff

Cardiff had the audacity to take the lead at Stamford Bridge through Sol Bamba's early goal, but it was the Eden Hazard show from then on in as the Belgian superstar scored a hat-trick to send Chelsea to the top of the table.

Hazard started and finished a fine move for the equaliser and put Chelsea ahead just before half time, before completing his hat-trick with a second half penalty. WIllian added the fourth as Maurizio Sarri's men moved above Liverpool on goal difference.

The Reds are getting all the talk as Man City's main title challengers but could the enegmatic Chelsea be the dark horses in this Premier League title race?

Manchester City 3-0 Fulham

Leroy Sane celebrates his goal for Manchester City against Fulham

Speaking of City, they enjoyed a regulation home win against Fulham as Leroy Sane marked his return to the side with an early goal as the Premier League champions eased to a 3-0 victory.

The German struck within two minutes of his first league start of the season as the Cottagers were outgunned at the Etihad Stadium.

David Silva and Raheem Sterling were also on target as Pep Guardiola's side maintained their unbeaten start to the season with little alarm.

Bournemouth 4-2 Leicester

Ryan Fraser ran the show for Bournemouth as he scored two as the Cherries ran riot over Leicester - going 4-0 up before the Foxes bagged two late consolations.

It was 3-0 at half time thanks to a Fraser double and a penalty from Joshua King - who would not allow Frasrer to take the spot-kick to complete his hat-trick.

Wes Morgan was sent off in the second half before Adam Smith made it four and Leicester scored late on through James Maddison and Marc Albrighton.

Watford 1-2 Manchester United

Jose Mourinho saw his Manchester United side win back-to-back Premier League games for the first time this season despite Nemanja Matic's late red card.

United edged home 2-1 against Watford at Vicarage Road and had David De Gea to thank for a stoppage-time save from Christian Kabasele as the Hornets pushed for a leveller.

The hosts had won all four of their league outings before encountering United, who ended that 100 per cent start thanks to goals from Romelu Lukaku and Chris Smalling. The reply came from Andre Gray.

Newcastle 1-2 Arsenal

Unai Emery in charge of Arsenal at Newcastle

Mesut Ozil scored his first goal of the season as Arsenal shook off a slow start to cruise to a third successive Premier League victory at Newcastle.

The former Germany international, who has found himself under the spotlight in recent months, cemented a 2-1 win at St James' Park with his 58th-minute strike nine minutes after Granit Xhaka had opened the scoring with a fine free-kick.

However, if Arsenal's second-half display was worthy of the points, the Magpies were left to reflect upon what might have been having enjoyed the better of the first without being able to find the quality they needed to get past Petr Cech, who was eventually beaten at the death by Ciaran Clark.

Huddersfield 0-1 Crystal Palace

Wilfried Zaha proved yet again that he's the main man for Crystal palace as he scored the only goal of the game against a frustrated Huddersfield who continue to struggle in front of goal.

The Terriers had 15 shots during the game but could only get two of those on target as they failed to turn their possession and chances into goals - a running theme of their season so far.

Zaha's return was more than welcomed by Palace, who are close to becoming over-reliant on their star man, but his impact was crucial to earn their second win of the season.
