Paul Nicholson has won the week three title of the Modus Icons of Darts League, topping the table by 10 points after his 20 games.

The former major winner, commentator and Sporting Life columnist has featured in all three editions of these groundbreaking six-player tournament, which pre-dates the PDC's Home Tour, and now he can celebrate taking top honours.
Competing players face each other four times in a six-day round robin format, with the player holding the most points on Saturday after their 20 games being crowned that week's champion.
Nicholson, who explained the logistics behind online darts and its future in one of his recent Sporting Life columns, finished third in week one behind table-topper David Evans and fifth during the second edition that was won by Jason Askew, but there was no stopping him this time.
The Asset chalked up 16 victories from his 20 matches to end up on a whopping 32 points, which is two more than either Evans or Askew managed in the previous two weeks.
Nicholson, who also boasted an impressive positive legs difference of +29, finished 10 points clear of runner-up Arron Monk while Andy Jenkins was third, Adam Huckvale fourth and Diogo Portela sixth.
