Danny Cipriani is on course for a possible end-of-season awards double.
The Gloucester and England international fly-half is among six nominations for Gallagher Premiership player of the season.
It comes just over a week after he was named the Rugby Players' Association player of the year.
The shortlist announced by Premiership rugby also features Saracens' European player of the year Alex Goode, Exeter back-row forward Matt Kvesic, Sale Sharks scrum-half Faf de Klerk, Northampton number nine Cobus Reinach and Bristol flanker Steven Luatua.
Both Cipriani and De Klerk were nominated for the award last year, which was won by Newcastle wing Vereniki Goneva.
The 2019 recipient will be announced at Premiership Rugby's awards night next Wednesday.
