Wakefield will give a debut to new signing Kelepi Tanginoa while two other forwards, Anthony England and Matty Ashurst, are back from injury. Loose forward Jordan Crowther is among the players to make way.

Catalans Dragons have scrum-half Matty Smith back from a three-match injury absence but Sam Tomkins is still out with a back problem and Greg Bird has joined him on the casualty list after tearing a bicep in the win over Wigan.

Second-rower Alex Mellor returns for Huddersfield in the only change to the team which beat Hull KR. Half-back Oliver Russell continues to keep Matt Frawley out of the side.

Wigan have half-back Jarrod Sammut back from injury, which will allow Thomas Leuluai to revert to hooker in the absence of Sam Powell, while back-up hooker/halfback Jake Shorrock is also fit again. Forward Oliver Partington replaces Romain Navarrete and Morgan Escare is set take the place of injured winger Liam Marshall.

Warrington have outside back Jake Mamo fit again and he is set to take over at full-back from the injured Stefan Ratchford. Winger Tom Lineham also returns from injury so Bryson Goodwin moves to centre in place of the injured Ryan Atkins. Coach Steve Price also brings in forwards Harvey Livett and Matt Davis at the expense of Ben Westwoodand Lama Tasi.

Leeds have full-back Jack Walker returning from a three-match injury absence, taking the place of Tui Lolohea after he damaged an ankle in the defeat by Castleford. The Rhinos have also lost centre Konrad Hurrell with a hamstring problem so interim coach Richard Agar includes youngster Alex Sutcliffe for the first time this season.

London coach Danny Ward brings in Matty Fozard and Olsi Krasniqi, who begins his second spell with the club, in place of prop Mark Ioane and injured hooker Eloi Pelissier.

Hull KR have prop Mose Masoe back after a seven-game absence with a hand injury and hooker Shaun Lunt and full-back Will Dagger are also set to return. Stand-off Danny McGuire and prop Mitch Garbutt face late fitness tests after picking up injuries in the defeat at Huddersfield. Prop Antoni Maria is free to continue after extending his loan from Catalans Dragons.

Castleford have forwards Will Maher, Chris Clarkson and Daniel Smith back from injury to plug the gaps created by the absence of Jesse Sene-Lefao, who is on compassionate leave, and Nathan Massey, who is injured.
