Warrington forward Sitaleki Akauola has been given a two-match penalty notice for a dangerous throw.
Akauola was sin-binned for the challenge on Salford loose forward Tyrone McCarthy during his side's 22-12 home defeat by the Red Devils on Friday and has been issued with a grade C charge by the Rugby Football League's match review panel.
Leeds scrum-half Richie Myler has received a one-match penalty for a trip during the Rhinos' 32-16 home defeat by Hull KR and Catalans Dragons second rower Kenny Edwards has been handed one match for using foul and abusive language at a match official.
The panel issued cautions to Wakefield winger Ben Jones Bishop and Wigan prop Romain Navarette for striking with the knee.
