Toronto have signed Manly Sea Eagles forward Darcy Lussick in another demonstration of their Super League ambition.
The 28-year-old former Parramatta prop, who was out of contract at the end of the season, is joining the big-spending Betfred Championship club with immediate effect on a three-and-a-half-year deal after being released by his Sydney club.
"We have decided to release Darcy today so he can accept this great opportunity to further his playing career overseas," said Manly chief executive Lyall Gorman.
"This was too good of an opportunity for Darcy to pass up, so he leaves the Sea Eagles with our blessing."
A Manly junior, Lussick played 64 first grade games for the Sea Eagles and also had a stint with Parramatta from 2013-15.
The Wolfpack are top of the Betfred Championship after winning eight of their first 10 matches, all played away from home.
