Gary Neville insists Manchester United will win the Premier League title before Liverpool end their drought despite being well off the pace last season.

The Red Devils legend and Sky Sports pundit was joined by his former Anfield rival Jamie Carragher - now his verbal sparring partner off it - to share his thoughts on the Sky Bet's Premier League Season Debate show.
United finished four places and a whopping 31 points behind runners-up Liverpool last season, with Jurgen Klopp's men missing out on the trophy despite earning the third highest points tally in history with 97.
Liverpool are seemingly edging ever closer to their 19th English league title and first since 1990, but Neville believes United will catch them up and clinch their 21st before that happens - even if it's not this season.
Neville, as passionately as ever, said: "I don't sit here as a United fan and think my world's ending. I just see it as a cycle. The first 18 years of my life I didn't see a league title at Manchester United. The next 25 years was glorious, like heaven. But now it's tough. But I don't panic about it."
"Eventually United will stumble across the right recruitment policy, will get a great manager again - hopefully that's Ole - and will win again. I guarantee you as clear as day that Manchester United will win again.
"They'll win the league again and probably before Liverpool in my opinion. That's not being disrespectful. United are closer than you think and not as bad as you think.
"I guarantee Mo Salah is going to leave Liverpool in the next 12 months - I can see it already."
Neville also gives his views on United's recruitment policy during the summer transfer window, Ed Woodward, the players who left the club and the difficulty in getting the world-class stars back to Old Trafford.
