Sky Bet EFL: Who has been promoted and who has been relegated?

There is plenty going on in the Sky Bet EFL with just a few games of the season remaining. We review it all here.

Sky Bet Championship

  • Promoted:
  • Relegated: Derby

A day of back and forth at the bottom of the Sky Bet Championship and Derby had their relegation confirmed after Reading netted a 95th minute equaliser in a remarkable 4-4 draw with Swansea.

The Rams were beaten away at QPR - meaning that they are ten points adrift of safety with three games remaining.

Peterborough picked up a big 2-0 win away at Barnsley - although both seem set for the drop anyway.

At the top, Fulham's wait for a return to the Premier League was extended when Nottingham Forest beat West Brom 4-0.

Huddersfield's place in the play-offs is all-but-secure as they beat Middlesbrough in the early kick-off, while Luton pushed themselves further ahead of seventh after beating Cardiff.

Bournemouth regained their four-point advantage over Huddersfield in third with a 3-0 win away at Coventry - the Cherries also hold two games in hand.

Sheffield United could only manage a draw against Bristol City in the evening game - meaning Blackburn, Middlesbrough, Millwall and QPR are all within a win of sixth place in the table.

Sky Bet League One

  • Promoted:
  • Relegated: Crewe

The schedule means that little happened at the top-end of the division on Easter Monday, with the three sides involved in the play-off picture - Plymouth, Sunderland and Wycombe - all settling for a point.

Doncaster pulled off a big comeback at Shrewsbury to draw 3-3 but the point may not be enough - they remain six points adrift from safety with two games remaining and require a 17-goal swing to go alongside the wins.

Crewe have already been relegated as they sit 12 points adrift with three games left to play.

Morecambe and Gillingham both picked up points in their quest for survival, while Fleetwood also drew but remain in 21st.

Sky Bet League Two

  • Promoted:
  • Relegated: Scunthorpe

Forest Green have all-but-secured their place in Sky Bet League One following a 2-0 victory over Oldham at the New Lawn.

Only Sutton can catch them but they sit 12 points behind with four games in hand, while Rovers have a significantly better goal difference (+34 to +15).

Northampton closed the gap on automatic promotion with a 3-0 win over Harrogate, while Port Vale and Exeter above were both beaten. The Cobblers now sit just two points behind Vale in third.

Scunthorpe's 72-year stay in the Football League was ended following a 3-0 defeat to Leyton Orient on Good Friday.
