The final day of the Premier League is upon us and we recap all the team news, form, referee appointments and odds for each game.


Brighton (17) v Man City (1)

Raheem Sterling celebrates his second goal against Crystal Palace

Colombia forward Jose Izquierdo will miss Sunday's season-ending clash with Man City due to a knee complaint. Midfielder Davy Propper also misses out as he is still sidelined with a hamstring problem.

Kevin De Bruyne could return as City look to clinch the Premier League title. The Belgium playmaker (hamstring) has missed the last three games but has been involved in training this week. Midfielder Fernandinho (knee) is still out and is also doubtful for the FA Cup final next week.

Burnley boss Sean Dyche will make a late call on James Tarkowski. The defender has missed a few days of training due to the birth of his daughter. Phil Bardsley (gashed leg) is available again and could return but Aaron Lennon is unlikely to be risked as he recovers from knee surgery.

Arsenal have no fresh injury concerns but, after securing their place in the Europa League final on Thursday night, Unai Emery may shuffle his pack a little at Turf Moor. Juventus-bound Aaron Ramsey (hamstring) will not play for the club again while Danny Welbeck (ankle), Hector Bellerin and Rob Holding (both knee) are also out.

Scott Dann will be given a late fitness test for Palace after suffering a muscle strain in training while fellow defenders Jeffrey Schlupp (ankle), James Tomkins (groin), Mamadou Sakho (knee) and Pape Souare (hamstring) are out. Christian Benteke is also a doubt, owing to a cheekbone injury.

Bournemouth must do without injured trio David Brooks (ankle), Dan Gosling (calf), and Dominic Solanke (hamstring). Young Irish goalkeeper Mark Travers is primed to retain his starting berth after an impressive debut in the win over Tottenham.

Midfielder Ki Sung-yueng is out of Newcastle's final game of the season with a knee injury and joins full-back DeAndre Yedlin (groin surgery) on the sidelines. Miguel Almiron (hamstring) and fellow midfielder Sean Longstaff and defender Florian Lejeune (both knee) are long-term absentees.

Andreas Christensen is a doubt for Chelsea after hobbling out of the Blues' Europa League semi-final win over Eintracht Frankfurt. Ruben Loftus-Cheek should be available after coming off late on against Eintracht due to cramp.

Wolves could be unchanged for their final day trip to Liverpool as boss Nuno Espirito Santo has no fresh injury worries ahead of the game at Anfield. Ruben Vinagre, Adama Traore and Helder Costa are all pushing to start after being on the bench.

Southampton defender Maya Yoshida has been ruled out of his side's final game of the season. Yoshida has missed the Saints' last two matches due to a virus and has been given more time to recover by boss Ralph Hasenhuttl. Jannik Vestergaard is expected to miss out again with a groin problem but Angus Gunn will return in goal.

Huddersfield defender Erik Durm has been ruled out of his side's last game of the season. The German right-back was withdrawn at half-time against Manchester United and has not trained this week. Mathias Jorgensen and Chris Lowe will be assessed, while boss Jan Siewert has confirmed Joel Coleman will start in goal.

Andre Gomes is back from a three-match ban, but Seamus Coleman is doubtful with a groin problem.
